The space belongs to the company, not to people
No “Marco’s drive” to depend on: there is one archive, with top-level folders decided by administrators. People receive access, not copies; whoever leaves takes nothing away. The personal space exists, but it is a separate privilege.

Administrators see the whole tree, always. Every file records who uploaded it, but that is information, not ownership: when a person leaves, the files stay where they are.

One login for the whole ecosystem
Files has no users of its own: people live in Kamzan Account, with two-step verification, Google, Microsoft or SPID. One login for every app; a person is switched off in one place only.

Private AI
Ask your documents, and get the answer
The Files RAG engine reads the documents, images and text you uploaded, understands your question and builds the answer while always citing the files it came from. It is private AI: the models are self-hosted on Kamzan infrastructure, your documents never leave for external providers.
- Answers with sources Every answer cites the files it comes from, with a relevance score and the matching excerpts: you can always check where the information comes from.
- Documents, images and text PDFs, scans, photos and text files are indexed and queried: the AI finds the answer even inside an image.
- Self-hosted models Indexing and generation run on models hosted by Kamzan: no company data is sent to third-party AI services.
Control, traceability and compliance
Every file leaves a trail: you know who opens it, who downloads it and who uploads it — and you protect it with watermarks, controlled links and blockchain certification.

Where are the files stored?
Kamzan files are stored on servers in Europe, encrypted at rest and in transit, with full GDPR compliance.
Can I share files with external people?
Yes: you generate a sharing link with expiry, password and permissions, even for people without a Kamzan account.
Is there a storage limit?
Storage depends on your plan. Contact us to size storage to your company’s needs.
