Cookies are small text files that websites save on a visitor’s device. Some are needed to make the site work (technical cookies), others are used to track people for advertising or analytics purposes (profiling or third-party cookies) and, under the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021, the latter require your consent.

What this site uses

The Kamzan website is designed for privacy: it uses no profiling cookies, no third-party cookies and no advertising trackers.

  • Anonymous statistics. We use Plausible Analytics installed on our own servers. Plausible sets no cookies, does not track people across sites and collects only aggregated, anonymous data. That is why it requires no consent.
  • Fonts and assets. Typefaces are hosted directly on our servers: the site makes no calls to external CDNs (such as Google Fonts) that could set cookies or collect your IP address.
  • Technical cookies. Any cookies strictly necessary for operation and security (for example at the server or reverse-proxy level) are technical cookies: under the Authority’s guidelines they require no consent.

Because we use no profiling cookies and no tracking tools that require consent, there is no cookie consent banner: there would be nothing to authorise. This is a deliberate privacy-by-design choice.

Should we introduce tools that require consent in the future (for example third-party embedded content or marketing tools), a compliant banner will appear allowing you to choose before such cookies are activated, and this page will be updated accordingly.

How to manage cookies in your browser

Even without profiling cookies, you can review or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
