Projekta · Project management

Your company’s projects, under control

Projekta organizes work into projects and tasks: assigned tasks, team members and a dashboard showing progress in real time, on servers in Europe.

Projects scattered across chats, spreadsheets and people’s heads

Without a single place, progress is guesswork: deadlines slip, tasks get lost, and no one logs the hours.

Today, without Projekta

  • Project status has to be pieced together by hand before every meeting
  • Tasks buried in chat and email: no one really knows who owns what
  • Deadlines and workloads stay invisible until they blow up

With Projekta

  • One board: projects, tasks, owners and status in real time
  • Every task has an assignee, a due date and a priority
  • Dashboards and alerts catch delays and overloads early

The team’s projects, from the board to the bottom line

Projekta keeps the company’s projects together: you break them into tasks with status, priority and assignee, follow them on the kanban board or in a list and keep an eye on progress from the dashboard. Each project can be billable, with estimated hours and rates — so you know not only where you stand, but also what it’s worth.

Every project, in the view you need

Same data, different views: a board for the team, a timeline for deadlines, a list for detail, a dashboard for decision-makers.

Kanban with columns for status, priority and assignee. Drag cards to move work forward.

Finally one place where I can see every project, who’s working on it and what’s at risk of slipping.
AI Built-in artificial intelligence

Projekta’s AI — integrated and in-house

Self-hosted models on Kamzan’s servers: none of your project data leaves the ecosystem. The assistant works alongside the team, not instead of it.

  • Assisted planningDescribe the goal: Projekta proposes tasks, dependencies and a realistic time estimate.
  • Summaries and statusAutomatic progress summaries and update drafts ready for stakeholders.
  • Risk signalsAt-risk deadlines, stalled tasks and overloaded members flagged before they become problems.

Self-hosted AI models — project data stays on Kamzan’s servers.

Projekta talks to the rest of the ecosystem

Projects don’t live alone: customers from Kore CRM, logged hours from Klokka, documents from Files, deadlines on Kalendo. One login, always-aligned data.

Everything you need to manage projects

  • Projects and templates

Subprojects, tasks, hour budget, milestones and people in a single panel, with checks before you save. The project you repeat becomes a template: structure and hours ready, dates moved to the new start.

  • Tasks and views

Tasks with subtasks, several people, priorities and company fields. Everyone looks at them the way they need: list, board, calendar or timeline, in personal or project views. Discussion with @ and history on every card.

  • Plan and variance

A timeline made of the real tasks, dependencies that push downstream items along, items with no slack highlighted. Milestones with a completion criterion and a snapshot of the plan to measure delay in days.

  • Workload and assignment

Per person and per day, hours already committed against the hours Klokka says can be worked. Projekta suggests who should get a task based on skills and free hours, and with one confirmation puts it in their calendar.

  • Simulations

Projekta places the remaining work on people’s free hours, net of commitments and other jobs, and tells you the day it finishes. Try another person or other hours without saving anything. Works for quotes too.

  • Hour budgets and jobs

Spread the hour budget across subprojects and tasks, compare it with the hours logged in Klokka and get notified when an item runs out or overruns. Every job in one place, the riskiest at the top.

  • Governance, risks and reports

A health light calculated from the data for every project, a log of risks, issues and decisions, reports that freeze the day’s numbers and a dashboard with every project in kanban and Gantt.

  • Files, notes and deliveries

Project and task files in one place, in Projekta’s own space or in a Files folder. Notes shared through Notika, and tasks that close together with the documents they were meant to produce.
