Everything KashPlan does, page by page

Every feature has its own page: what it does, how it works, what you can do, the most frequent questions. Deep dives sit under the feature they belong to.

KashPlan overview

Cash

  • Dashboard

    Cash and balances

Opening three banking sites and a spreadsheet to find out how the company is doing is work nobody pays you for. KashPlan puts every account, card and PayPal on one dashboard, and tells you whether cash covers the coming months.

  • Forecast

    Forecast and comparison

The forecast spreadsheet is out of date the next day. In KashPlan the forecast comes from invoices, fixed costs, salaries and instalments, and updates itself as real transactions take its place.

  • Transactions

    Bank transactions

Copying transactions into a spreadsheet and classifying them line by line eats hours every month. In KashPlan you upload the file, see what will happen before confirming, and rules you wrote once keep working.

Invoices and deadlines

  • Invoices

    Issued and received invoices

Issued and received invoices stop living in two separate spreadsheets. KashPlan keeps them together, with their real due dates, and every bank transfer is linked to the invoice it settles. At month end, payables and receivables are figures, not reconstructions.

  • Reminders and due dates

    Collections and reminders

An overdue invoice rarely collects itself, and writing to clients is the job everyone puts off. KashPlan does the reminding for you, to the right person, and keeps everything due in one calendar: your invoices, F24, salaries and instalments.

  • VAT and taxes

    VAT and taxes

VAT, withholding, IRES and IRAP weigh on cash as much as suppliers, but often turn up late. KashPlan estimates VAT from your invoices and puts each payment on its date, so you know in time how much must be in the bank.

Bank and people

  • Bank debt

    Credit lines and loans

A forgotten instalment or a credit line about to expire always turns up late. KashPlan puts instalments, credit lines and advances beside your balances, so you see what you can really spend and what has to go back.

  • People and costs

    Expense claims and staff

Whoever pays for something photographs the receipt and sends it from the phone, with no account. You approve, choose the refund day and that debt enters your cash plan. Beside it, staff costs month by month.
