Invoices Coming soon

Who owes you what, and what you owe

Issued and received invoices stop living in two separate spreadsheets. KashPlan keeps them together, with their real due dates, and every bank transfer is linked to the invoice it settles. At month end, payables and receivables are figures, not reconstructions.

The invoice is where it starts, the payment is where it ends

Officina Ferrero knows how much it invoiced in October. Knowing how much actually came in, how much is overdue and which suppliers need paying this week takes a tour of bank, Excel and folders every time. In KashPlan an invoice carries its due dates and payments: a matched transfer records the receipt, and the balance updates on its own. They are the same invoices sales sees in Kore, with no second copy to keep aligned.

How it works

  1. You load what you have

An Excel or CSV file, even with several sheets, or the XML of your e-invoices. First you see what is new, unchanged, changed or to check, then you confirm.

  2. You see receivables and payables

Invoiced, collected and to collect on one side; received, to pay and overdue on the other. Due dates are those on the invoice, and they flow into the forecast.

  3. You match the transaction

KashPlan suggests the invoice from client, number and amount. You confirm: the receipt or payment is recorded, even partial or across several invoices with one transfer.

An invoice’s balance is set by the bank, not by memory.

What you can do

  • Invoices to issue, before you issue them

Subscriptions, instalments and one-offs sit in “To issue” and already count in the forecast. When the real invoice arrives with the same taxable amount, the line closes itself; if the amount differs, you choose.

  • Renewals that aren’t forgotten

An instalment can renew by itself or stay “to confirm”. You pick the cadence, from one to 42 months: the copy appears in the plan without retyping, and stops when the contract ends.

  • Received invoices from XML, not by hand

You load the FatturaPA XML, even signed .p7m, or the PDF printed from it by the Italian tax agency. Supplier, amounts, withholding and due dates come in on their own. If both XML and PDF of an invoice arrive, the XML stays.

  • One invoice, in Kore too

Issued invoices are shared with Kore: sales sees where the client stands and administration sees receipts, on the same data. The client and supplier register is also one.

  • With Files folders, they arrive on their own

With the Files folders extension you link a folder to received or issued invoices: each file placed there is read by KashPlan. And invoices copy to Files in one click.

  • A match can be undone

If you linked a transfer to the wrong invoice, undo the match: the receipt or payment goes back and the balance is restored. No hidden adjustments.

Frequently asked questions

Does KashPlan send invoices to the SdI?

No. KashPlan does not transmit invoices to the Sistema di Interscambio and is neither e-invoicing nor accounting software. The e-invoice stays where you create it today: here you load its data to track due dates, receipts and cash.

Do I need Kore to use invoices?

No. If you have Kore, the invoices are the same in both products; if you don’t, they still work in KashPlan.

Can I load suppliers’ invoice PDFs?

Those printed from the XML by the Italian tax agency, yes. A PDF made by the supplier’s own software no, because each is different: in that case use the e-invoice XML.

What if a client pays only part?

You match the transaction for what it’s worth: the receipt is partial and the rest stays forecast on its due date. The reverse works too: one transfer can close several invoices.
