Cash flow software: at month end you know what’s left and what will be
KashPlan brings together accounts, invoices, salaries and deadlines. You see today’s balance, debts and receivables, and the forecast for coming months and years beside what really happened.
A cash spreadsheet tells you how last month was, not how next month will be
Bank balance, invoices to collect, salaries, F24 payments, instalments: the numbers exist, but in different places. Putting them together by hand takes hours, and by the time the sheet is ready it’s out of date.
KashPlan starts from your bank files: you upload them, transactions find their category and actuals update on their own. What’s still to come (fixed costs, staff, instalments, VAT) sits in the forecast, month by month, even in future years.
What you see at month end
- BalanceWhat’s really in the bank, account by account.
- DebtsWhat you must pay, and when it’s due.
- ReceivablesWhat you’re owed, and by whom.
What you can do with it
-
Cash and balances
Every account balance, cards and PayPal never counted twice, a check against the bank and a clear answer: is there enough cash for the coming months?
-
Forecast and comparison
The year month by month: actuals to yesterday, forecast from today. Fixed costs, salaries, instalments and invoices, risk-free trials and a bank report.
-
Bank transactions
Upload the bank file, check the preview and confirm: no duplicates, rules that classify on their own and Files folders that import each file.
-
Issued and received invoices
Receivables and payables in one place: issued, planned and received invoices, loaded from XML or Excel, with due dates and bank-matched payments.
-
Collections and reminders
Reminders go out at the right moment to billing contacts. Every due date sits in one calendar, with alerts ahead of the day.
-
VAT and taxes
Each period’s VAT settlement, the F24 with its date, IRES and IRAP from your accountant: tax payments enter the forecast, with no surprises.
-
Credit lines and loans
Loan instalments in the forecast up to the last one, overdrafts and invoice advances: see what you really have available and when it comes back.
-
Expense claims and staff
People upload receipts with no account, you approve and the refund enters the forecast. Salaries and F24 sit in the cash plan without showing names.
It doesn’t replace your accountant, it brings them tidy numbers
KashPlan looks at cash: it isn’t accounting software and doesn’t send invoices to the Italian SdI. VAT and F24 are an estimate drawn from invoices for the regime you set; you enter IRES and IRAP with your accountant’s figures. The report for bank and accountant prints or saves as PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Does KashPlan connect to the bank?
No: you upload the files you download from the bank, or put them in a linked Files folder with the dedicated extension. Today it recognises Banca Sella and PayPal files. It spots duplicates and asks about what it can’t classify.
Does it send invoices to the SdI?
No. KashPlan imports FatturaPA XML invoices and tracks their due dates and payments. Issued invoices are the same as in Kore.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It helps you see cash and prepare the numbers. It doesn’t estimate IRES and IRAP: you enter your accountant’s figures.
Does the forecast update on its own?
When an expected income or expense happens, the real transaction takes its place and the forecast closes, without counting it twice.
Who sees salaries?
Only those with the staff privilege: for everyone else the menu item doesn’t appear.
When will it be available?
KashPlan is coming soon and we don’t have a date to share yet. If you’re interested, write to us: we’ll show you where it stands.
