Can I use my own domain for email?
Yes: add your domain, kMail gives you the DNS records to copy and checks MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Then you create your people’s mailboxes, each with its own storage space.
Can I read mail from Outlook or other clients?
Yes: mailboxes on your domain also work with Thunderbird, Outlook and Apple Mail over IMAP and SMTP, with dedicated passwords for each app, separate from your account password.
Is the email secure?
Your email lives on Kamzan’s infrastructure, on servers in Europe, with a spam filter and SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication. Credentials for external accounts are encrypted and the AI extensions run on Kamzan’s local models.
