Courses
Set up the course once, the rooms and the calendar follow
Title, hours, client, sessions and certificate template live in a single form. When you confirm it, kLearning opens the online rooms, puts every lesson in the calendar and the course moves from draft to active.
“Can you send me the link for the third lesson?”
At Studio Morelli, the “Workplace safety 2026” course for Rossi & Partner has six sessions, two on site and four online. It used to mean six meetings to create, six calendar invitations and a spreadsheet for the hours. With kLearning the sessions are written one under the other, the counter tells you when you’ve reached the planned hours and “Schedule all sessions” does the rest.
How it works
-
Describe the course
Title, description, category, total hours, start and end dates, the client you deliver it for and the certificate template to use. This is the information you’ll later find in the course list and on the certificate.
-
List the sessions
For each session choose Online or In person, with the venue, duration, day and time. Reorder them, duplicate them and see straight away whether the total covers the planned hours.
-
Schedule everything
Once participants are added and consent is set, “Schedule all sessions” creates the online rooms in kMeeting and puts each session in the calendar, with the join link or the venue. The course becomes active.
Six lessons, one form.
What you can do
-
Online or in person
Virtual-classroom lessons and on-site lessons live side by side in the same course. For in-person ones you enter the venue, address or room; for online ones the kMeeting room is created automatically, with waiting room and consent already set.
-
Every lesson in the calendar
Sessions with a date become events in Kalendo, Kamzan’s calendar: course and lesson title, time, and the link to join or the place to show up.
-
The hours add up
As you write the sessions you see the total duration next to the course’s planned hours, and a notice when you’ve reached them. No separate sums to know whether the hours are complete.
-
The certificate template, already chosen
In the course you pick which of your certificate templates to use. Layout, logo and wording are settled from the start, and the final document doesn’t need to be redone by hand for every edition.
-
Consent set once
Pick a ready-made GDPR notice or write the consent text, and how long to keep attendance data: 30, 90 or 180 days or one year. It applies to all the course’s online rooms.
-
Duplicate the course that works
Did the spring edition of “Excel for the office” go well? “Duplicate” copies it with sessions and participants: update dates and names and the new edition is ready.
-
All courses at a glance
The home page counts active, completed and draft courses and shows the latest ones. The list can be viewed as a grid or a list, filtered by status; at the end, “Mark as completed” marks the participants still active as completed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change a session after scheduling the course?
Yes, the course stays editable. Sessions already scheduled keep their room and their event; the ones you add later are scheduled with the same button, which skips those already set up.
Do online participants need to install anything?
No. The classroom is a kMeeting room that opens in the browser from the link in the invitation or the calendar event.
What is the client field for?
If you’re a training provider or a consultant, you link the course to the company you deliver it for. You then find its courses on its record and, when enrolling, the people who already attended other courses for it.
Do in-person sessions get the automatic attendance register?
No: entries, exits and presence checks are recorded in the online kMeeting rooms. In-person sessions go into the calendar with their venue, but on-site attendance isn’t tracked by kLearning.
