From course to certificate, without sign-in sheets or hand-made PDFs

Live sessions online in kMeeting or in person, enrolments and invitations, recorded attendance and a PDF certificate at the end. Recordings stay on as lessons to watch again. On servers in Europe.

Training run by hand leaves no trace

Invitations by email, sign-in sheets to collect, attendance copied into Excel and certificates filled in one by one. In the end it’s hard to say who really attended the course, and to prove it.

Without kLearning

  • Invitations, links and reminders sent by hand
  • Attendance on paper and completions never tracked
  • Certificates filled in one by one

With kLearning

  • Online or in-person sessions in the same course
  • Recorded attendance and progress person by person
  • PDF certificates for every participant in one click

Your company’s or training provider’s courses, in one place

You create the course in four steps, schedule sessions online in kMeeting or in person, enrol participants from the archive, from CSV or by hand, and send the invitations. In the classroom you collect consent, attendance and quiz answers; at the end of the lesson you generate PDF certificates for every participant in one click. Session recordings become lessons to watch again.

Recorded lessons come from the classroom Live-session recordings become video modules to watch again, with each person’s progress. Uploading videos, PDFs and quizzes from the interface isn’t available today: we’d rather say so up front.

Online in kMeeting or in person, in the same course

For each session you choose: online, with the kMeeting room created automatically, or in person with the venue. Invitations go out with a calendar file attached, reminders arrive on their own 24 hours and 1 hour before, and every session shows up in Kalendo.

Live sessions on kMeeting After the live session the recording stays in the archive and can become a lesson to watch again.

Certificates with your brand, for everyone in one click

At the end of the class you press “Generate certificates” and kLearning creates a PDF certificate for every participant, from the template you designed with logo, signature and variables. No more certificates filled in by hand.

Attendance and ID printed on the certificate On the PDF you can print each person’s attendance percentage and the certificate ID.

You always know who completed what

In the course’s “Progress” tab you see sessions attended, average attendance, minutes and completion person by person; for every online session in kMeeting you have the attendance register. Everything exportable to CSV.

Attendance register and reports in CSV From the online-session archive you download the attendance register, training report and recording whenever you need them.

Inside the Kamzan ecosystem

Online sessions take place in kMeeting and every session becomes an event in Kalendo. Client companies are the same “Clients and Companies” records used by Kore CRM and Klokka. One login for managers, trainers and students.

What you can do with kLearning

  • Courses and sessions

Create the course in four steps: details, sessions, participants and consent. Online sessions already have their kMeeting room, each one lands in the calendar and the course starts with one click.

  • Live classroom

Online lessons take place in kMeeting with the tools of a classroom: consent on entry, presence checks, quizzes and polls, questions to the trainer, end-of-session feedback and a signed attendance register to export.

  • Enrolment and invitations

Enrol participants from people who already attended your courses, from a CSV file or by hand. Each one gets their access, the course invitation, the personal link to every lesson with the calendar file and reminders the day before and one hour before.

  • Recorded lessons

With one click the recording of a live session becomes a course video. Anyone who was absent or wants to revise finds it in the student area, picks up where they left off and sees which lessons they’ve already completed.

  • Quizzes and results

During the online lesson you launch a quiz or a poll, choose how long it stays open and when it closes you see the answers as percentages. Learners find their progress on the Results page, with badges and study streaks. No leaderboards.

  • Certificates

Design the certificate with text, logo, signatures and variables such as name, course, date and attendance. After the session the trainer generates it from the classroom for every participant, as a PDF, with an ID and a file fingerprint.

  • Attendance and progress

For each course you see who attended how many sessions, with average attendance and minutes. Every live session ends up in the archive with an attendance register, report and recording to download, and a notification tells you when someone completes the course.

  • Clients, trainers and privacy

For anyone delivering training to clients: companies with logo and linked courses, Administrator, Trainer, Learner and Tutor user types with their permissions, reusable GDPR notices and your brand in the app and in emails.

Live classroom

Classroom tools, right inside kMeeting

During the online session the trainer has a dedicated panel: no external forms, no sheets to pass around. What happens in the classroom ends up in the course record.

  • GDPR consent on entry

Anyone joining the classroom reads and accepts the course’s privacy notice before taking part.

  • Presence check

During the lesson you ask participants to confirm they’re there: the answer goes into the register.

  • Q&A with votes

Participants write their questions and vote on others’: you see at once what the room cares about most.

  • End-of-course feedback

A final evaluation form collects participants’ opinions; managers get a notification for every new piece of feedback.

  • Live quizzes and polls

You launch a question live and watch the answers come in: to check what got across or to take the room’s pulse.

  • Signed attendance register

Joins and exits are recorded with a fingerprint that makes them tamper-evident, and can be exported to CSV. You can print the attendance percentage on the certificate.

Frequently asked questions

Is kLearning available yet?

kLearning is coming soon. The live track (course, enrolments, classroom, attendance, certificate) already works; on-demand lessons currently come from session recordings. Get in touch to see it in a demo.

Can I customise the certificates?

Yes: in the visual editor you lay out the certificate with text, variables (participant name, course, date, attendance, certificate ID), images such as logo and signature, lines and rectangles, in landscape or portrait. You can keep several templates.

Does kLearning also suit a provider that trains its clients?

Yes: in “Clients and Companies” you keep the companies you deliver courses to, with their logo, and link each course to its client. External participants get their own access as students, separate from internal users.

Where is the data stored?

kLearning runs on Kamzan infrastructure, with servers in Europe. GDPR notices are reusable across courses and consent is collected as people join the classroom.
