Your organisation

Every client in its place, every person in their role

Whether you train your own staff or sell courses to other businesses, kLearning keeps your companies in order, decides who can do what and collects privacy consent before the lesson begins.

Three clients, five trainers, one training provider

Studio Morelli runs courses for Rossi & Partner, Ferrari Design and a cooperative. In kLearning each company has its own record with logo, courses and participants; trainers prepare and teach lessons without touching users and settings; the client’s manager, as tutor, follows progress without being able to change anything.

How it works

  1. Register your client companies

In “Clients and Companies” you create the record with name, logo, colour, VAT number and contacts. When you prepare a course you state which client it is for, and the record gathers courses, sessions and participants.

  2. Give everyone their role

You invite people one by one or with a CSV and assign the user type: Administrator, Trainer, Learner or Tutor. Each type has its own permissions, and you can create new ones starting from an existing one.

  3. Prepare the notice once

In “GDPR notices” you write the text and attach the full document as a PDF. You link it to whichever courses you want, and participants accept it on entering the classroom.

Your training business, in order before the first lesson.

What you can do

  • A record for every client

Logo, colour, sector, VAT number, tax code, address, website and notes, with the linked courses, sessions and participants. Grid or list view, and clients no longer active can be archived without losing their history.

  • The same companies as your other apps

Companies are a shared list across the Kamzan apps you use: the same client is never created twice. Archiving it here applies only to kLearning; deleting it is possible only if it has no data in any app.

  • Four roles, tailored permissions

The Administrator manages everything; the Trainer creates and runs courses, teaches lessons and issues certificates; the Learner follows their own courses; the Tutor views progress read-only. Trainer, Learner and Tutor can be edited, duplicated or hidden from the invitation.

  • Learners do not weigh on your team

People taking courses are external users, counted separately from the users who work in the product. A course with two hundred participants does not get mixed up with your trainers and administrators.

  • Reusable GDPR notices

Each notice has a title, text and an attached document, PDF or image up to 10 MB, or the link to the version on your website. You write it once and use it in every course that needs it.

  • Your brand, seven languages

Your company’s logo and name appear in the app and in invitation and reminder emails. The interface is in Italian, English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese and Portuguese, with a single Kamzan login for every app.

  • Manage or study, with one click

Whoever prepares the courses can switch from “Admin mode” to “Learner mode” and see the courses from the learner’s side, with the same account.

Frequently asked questions

Do learners need a Kamzan account already?

No. When you enrol them on a course they automatically receive their Kamzan access, as external users, counted separately from those who work in the product.

Is privacy consent recorded?

Yes. Participants read the notice linked to the course and accept it on entering the classroom; kLearning keeps the exact text they accepted.

Can I create a role for the client’s contact person?

Yes: duplicate Tutor, give it a name such as “Client contact” and choose the permissions one by one. If you do not want it among the invitation choices, hide it.

If I remove a client from kLearning, does it disappear from the other apps too?

No. “Archive” hides it only in kLearning and can be undone with “Restore”. Permanent deletion is possible only once the company has no data left in any Kamzan app.
