Simple electronic signature
Simple signature with SMS code
Your client installs nothing and creates no account. They open the link, read the document, confirm with the code that arrives by SMS and sign — from their phone too, even between two meetings.

Advanced electronic signature
Advanced signature with CIE
For contracts that need to hold up, the signer does not stop at a code: they identify themselves with their CIE and the CieID app, just as they do to access public services. The document comes out with the advanced signature and the verified identity written on it.

In person
In-person signing
A tablet, a PC or a kiosk becomes a signing station. You send the document, the client reads it, confirms their identity with an SMS code or the Italian eID (CIE) and signs. The signed copy reaches them by email, and the station is ready for the next person.

Document preparation
You mark where to sign, what to fill in and what to tick, just once. Whoever receives the document finds every field in place, numbered and already filled in wherever possible: no printing, no “could you send the PDF back with your tax code?”.

Document and email templates
You save the document with the signer slots and fields already in place: next time you just enter who signs and send. The email text becomes a template too, with the signer’s name and the deadline filled in automatically.

The client, the partner, the guarantor: each gets their own invitation and signs when they can, from any device. kSign keeps track of the deadline, reminds whoever is missing and shows you at a glance where the document has stalled.

Audit trail, certificate and verification
Who opened the document, when, from which address, with which code: kSign records it step by step, links it with a chain of digital fingerprints and delivers it in a certificate anyone can check with a QR code. If someone ever disputes a signature, you have nothing to reconstruct.

Integrations and branding
A contract in a Files folder, a document collected with Flow, a PDF on your desktop: from each of these you can send for signature without downloading and re-uploading anything. The signer sees your company’s name and colours, and the signed document goes back to its place on its own.
