Organising your time

A calendar that opens on your working day, not on midnight

Work, projects, team commitments: each has its own calendar and colour, and you choose which ones to see together. The views follow your days and hours, and when you look for an appointment you find it by typing a word.

When everything sits in one calendar, nothing is readable any more

Meetings, project deadlines, client visits and shifts end up in the same box, and to know whether you are free on Thursday you have to open events one by one. Kalendo splits commitments into separate calendars, each with its own colour and reminders, and lets you switch on and off the ones you need right now. The week shows only the days you work, the day starts at the hour you start, and search looks through all calendars at once.

How it works

  1. Create your calendars

Give each calendar a name, a colour and default reminders: new events inherit them automatically. Choose which calendar to use by default for events, tasks and kMeeting meetings.

  2. Set up your week

Set your working days and hours: the “Work week” view shows only those days, and the grid opens right at the hour you start, with no scrolling down from midnight.

  3. View, filter, search

Switch from day to month in one click, turn on only the calendars you need and, if you cannot remember an appointment, type a word from its title, location or description.

Free on Thursday? You can tell without opening anything.

What you can do

  • Six views for six ways of looking at time

Day, week, work week, next 7 days, month and agenda: a continuous list of events and tasks you can filter by today, week or month.

  • A colour for every calendar

Work, projects, personal commitments: at a glance you know what each block belongs to, and you hide a whole calendar when you do not need it.

  • Search across all calendars

Search by title, location or description, in all calendars or just one. Click a result and the calendar jumps to that day.

  • Default reminders per calendar

Email, notification or both, with the lead time you prefer: every new event and task in the calendar starts with its alerts already set.

  • On your phone, a view built for the phone

On mobile Kalendo opens a dedicated view with its own search: you check your next appointment between two visits without zooming into a desktop grid.

  • Notifications from the whole ecosystem in one place

The notification centre gathers alerts from Kalendo and the other Kamzan apps, with one filter to separate them and one to show only unread ones.

Frequently asked questions

How many calendars can I create?

As many as you need. Each has its own name, colour and reminders, and one is the default: that is where new events, tasks and meetings created in kMeeting go.

Can I see only the days I work?

Yes. In the settings you choose the days of your work week — even if you work Saturdays or a short week — and your hours: the “Work week” view shows those days and the grid starts at your start time.

Does search also find events in calendars shared with me?

It searches every calendar you see in your list, including those a colleague has shared with you. To narrow it down, pick a single calendar from the filter next to the search field.
