One calendar that unifies your team, Google and Outlook

Kalendo brings events, tasks and bookings into shared calendars: the team always knows who does what and when, with CalDAV support, in the cloud and on servers in Europe.

Setting up a meeting is a chain of emails

Scattered calendars that don’t talk to each other, back-and-forth to find a time, double bookings: without a single place you lose time.

The problem

  • Endless emails to find a time that works for everyone.
  • Personal and company calendars that don’t sync.
  • Double bookings and forgotten slots.

With Kalendo

  • A shared calendar that unifies Google and Outlook.
  • Booking pages: others pick a free slot themselves.
  • Availability polls to decide in one vote — even across sessions and locations.

The calendar that brings together internal calendars, Google and Outlook

Kalendo keeps the whole company’s commitments together: multiple shared calendars, events and tasks with reminders, and the tools to set appointments without email back-and-forth — public booking pages and availability polls. It syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook and connects to the rest of the Kamzan ecosystem, from kMeeting meetings onward.

Connect Google Calendar and Outlook

Kalendo syncs automatically with your Google and Microsoft calendars: everything in one agenda, every event up to date everywhere, no double entries.

  • Two-way sync Events created in Kalendo appear in Google and Outlook, and vice versa.
  • Multiple accounts Connect several Google and Microsoft accounts, personal and company, and choose which calendars to sync.
  • Real availability See who’s free in real time, no double bookings.

Everything you need to organize time

  • Calendars, views and search

Several calendars with their own name and colour, views from day to agenda, your own working week and hours, and a search that finds any event across every calendar.

  • Events, recurrences and reminders

Single, multi-day or recurring events, tasks with due date and priority, coloured topics and reminders by email or notification: every commitment is created in seconds and never gets lost.

  • Booking pages

A link where clients and suppliers pick a free time themselves: no back-and-forth emails, no double bookings, and the appointment lands straight in your calendar.

  • Availability polls

Propose a few times, everyone says when they can and when maybe: you see at once which suits the most people and confirm the meeting in one click, invites included.

  • Meetings and attendees

Invite colleagues and outside guests, see when they are free and follow who has confirmed, without a round of emails. A kMeeting video call is added to the event in one click.

  • Sharing and company calendar

Share a calendar with colleagues as read-only or with write access. And with the company calendar everyone sees who is busy or away, without the details ever leaving.

  • Google, Outlook and CalDAV

Sync Google Calendar and Outlook both ways, open your calendars in Apple Calendar or Thunderbird via CalDAV and import old .ics files without duplicates or re-sent invitations.

  • Kalendo in the Kamzan ecosystem

Events linked to client, project and activity, kMeeting meetings already in the agenda, Klokka absences on the calendar, appointments Projekta respects: a calendar the other Kamzan apps read and write.

Booking

Your appointments, booked without email back-and-forth

You publish a booking page with your free times: the client picks a slot and the appointment lands straight in your calendar. No account to create, no back-and-forth — you decide the duration, the margins between meetings and how much notice is needed.

  • Only genuinely free times Kalendo checks the calendars you choose: whoever books only sees genuinely free times, and no slot is ever booked twice.
  • Margins and notice You set buffers before and after, the minimum notice and the maximum booking window.
  • Public link or embed Share the page with a link with no account, or embed it on your website.

Create your locations

Save the places where you meet people once — your office, a client’s premises, your kMeeting link — and pick them in one click when you create a booking page or a poll.

  • A card for every place

Name, address, map link, photo and notes: whoever books already knows where to go.

  • In person, online or hybrid

A place can be an office, a kMeeting room or another online platform — or both at once.

  • Your default place

Mark the place you use most as the default: it is added automatically to every new poll.

Polls

The time that works for everyone, found with a vote

When several people need to agree, you propose a few times and let them vote: each one marks whether they are available, maybe or not. You see the best-working slot at a glance and confirm it as a calendar event — even with external participants, from the public link.

  • Propose several times Add candidate times across different days and time bands, even in several places or for a series of meetings.
  • Everyone votes Participants mark available, maybe or unavailable — even from outside, with no account.
  • Confirm the best one The time with the most yeses becomes a calendar event in one click.
One calendar for the team: events, bookings and availability in one place — synced with Google and Outlook, on servers in Europe.
