Everything Kalendo does, page by page
Every feature has its own page: what it does, how it works, what you can do, the most frequent questions. Deep dives sit under the feature they belong to.

Organising your time

Organising your time
Calendars, views and search
Work, projects, team commitments: each has its own calendar and colour, and you choose which ones to see together. The views follow your days and hours, and when you look for an appointment you find it by typing a word.
-
Organising your time
Events, recurrences and reminders
The Monday meeting, the quote deadline, the three-day trip: every commitment has its own shape, and Kalendo knows them all. Set the recurrence once, choose how and when to be alerted, and stop relying on memory.
Booking meetings with people outside

Online booking
Booking pages
Whoever wants to meet you opens your page, sees only the times you are actually free and picks one. They get a confirmation with the invite, you find the event in your calendar: nobody had to write “does Tuesday at 10 work for you?”.
-
Meetings with several people
Availability polls
A board meeting, a meeting with three suppliers, a site meeting: you propose the possible times, everyone answers from a link without an account, and Kalendo shows you which time works for the most people.

Meetings and attendees
Add the attendees, see when they are free and send the invitation. Replies come back to the event on their own: you know who is in, who might be and who is not, without asking anyone.
-
Sharing
Sharing and company calendar
Share a calendar with the people who work on it and choose whether they can only view it or also write in it. To know who is available across the company there is the company calendar: it says who is busy, never why.

Connecting your tools
-
Sync
Google, Outlook and CalDAV
The client invites you on Google, the consultant on Outlook, your home computer reads yet another calendar. Kalendo connects them: you see every commitment in a single agenda and stop accepting one appointment on top of another.

Kamzan ecosystem
Kalendo in the Kamzan ecosystem
A meeting set in Kalendo is logged in Klokka with one click, a video call created in kMeeting shows up in the agenda, leave requested in Klokka blocks the right day. Nobody has to copy the same commitment from one app to another.
