kMeeting · Video meetings
Secure, self-hosted video meetings for work
HD video meetings with screen sharing, chat and consent-based recording — in the browser, nothing to install, on servers in Europe. And for confidential meetings, end-to-end encryption.
Your meetings shouldn’t live on someone else’s cloud
With generic cloud platforms, recordings, transcripts and participant data end up on servers you don’t control, often outside the European Union.
With cloud platforms
- Recordings and transcripts stored on third-party servers.
- Generic tools, disconnected from the apps the team uses every day.
- No real control over where and how your data is handled.
With self-hosted kMeeting
- Meetings and recordings on servers in Europe operated by Kamzan.
- Meetings connected to Kalendo, Klokka and the other Kamzan apps, with a single sign-in.
- Access, recordings and retention set by your company.
Schedule a meeting in seconds
Pick date and time, invite participants including external ones, turn on the waiting room and choose the invitation language. The email with the calendar file and the reminders go out; the link works in the browser, nothing to install.
One meeting, the right view for every moment
Grid for discussion among equals, speaker for presentations, webinar when only the organiser broadcasts, and the recordings page always at hand.
Every participant as equals, with mic status at a glance.
The view follows whoever is speaking; the rest stay in a side strip.
Only the organiser broadcasts: the audience watches and writes in the chat.
Every recording can be played, downloaded and shared; the transcript arrives after the meeting.
Security · End-to-end encryption
Turn on end-to-end encryption for confidential meetings
When a meeting is sensitive — a board meeting, an interview, a client — you create it with end-to-end encryption. Audio, video and screen sharing are encrypted on the sender’s device and decrypted only on the participants’ devices: nobody in between can read them, not even Kamzan.
- Chosen when you create the meeting You decide meeting by meeting, and it can’t be changed afterwards. Encrypted meetings have no recording or transcription and allow up to 100 participants; every other meeting stays as it is.
- Keys stay on the devices Keys are created and stay on the participants’ devices, with a key exchange designed to resist quantum computers too: the server forwards the streams without being able to read them. A verification code compared out loud confirms nobody has stepped in between.
- Guests by personal invitation only External guests join with a personal email invitation, never a generic link. Servers are in Europe, run by Kamzan, with no third-party services in between.
Transcripts and minutes
Every recorded meeting becomes text and minutes
After the meeting, the recording becomes a transcript with each speaker’s name and minutes ready to send: summary, decisions, action items and open questions. Transcription runs on a cloud service or, where the installation provides it, on a self-hosted engine; the model for the minutes is chosen by the company, local ones included.
- Transcription with speakers Once the meeting is over, each recording is transcribed with the speaker’s name, which you can correct, plus a glossary for your company’s terms. Export to MD, TXT, SRT or VTT.
- Minutes ready to send Summary, topics, decisions, action items and open questions: find what was decided without rewatching everything, and send it by email.
- The company chooses the engines Transcription with a cloud service or a self-hosted engine, if installed; the model for the minutes is chosen per company, local ones included.
Your company’s meetings on servers in Europe, with rules you set: who gets in, what gets recorded, how long it’s kept.
You decide who gets in
The waiting room holds participants until the organiser approves them, and a sound lets them know. Mute, remove, enable screen sharing and give people the floor in turn: control stays with the organiser and co-organisers.
Your company’s meetings on self-hosted infrastructure
kMeeting isn’t just another video-call service: it runs on servers in Europe operated by Kamzan and is connected to the other apps in the ecosystem. Instant or scheduled meetings, a full meeting room, webinars where only the organiser broadcasts, consent-based recording and, after the meeting, transcripts and minutes — all in the browser, nothing to install.

Frequently asked questions about video meetings
Do I need to install software to use kMeeting?
No: kMeeting runs via WebRTC straight from the browser. No apps or plugins to install, for hosts or attendees.
Are the video meetings secure?
Yes: kMeeting runs on servers in Europe operated by Kamzan, with a waiting room, optional password and guest access the company can switch off. For confidential meetings there is end-to-end encryption of audio, video and screen.
Can I record meetings?
Yes, with the recording extension: every attendee gives explicit consent, audio and the shared screen are recorded, and everyone sees the recording-in-progress notice. The company decides how long recordings are kept and how much space they get.
