Training extension
The online course that keeps proof of who was there
The session is recorded, attendance counts itself, participants answer quizzes and polls and receive their certificate at the end. You get a full report to hand to whoever asks for it.
A video call is not enough to prove the training took place
For mandatory, funded or accredited training, what matters is being able to prove who attended, for how long and how attentively. Studio Morelli runs a refresher course for its staff every quarter: with training mode it imports the participant list, sends the invitations, collects consents and at the end downloads the attendance log, quiz results and certificates, along with the recording’s fingerprint to prove it has not been altered.
How it works
-
Plan the session
Add participants manually, from a CSV file or from the archive, set trainers and co-trainers, write the consent text and choose how long to keep the data. Invitations go out by email with the calendar event.
-
Run the lesson
Each participant accepts the consent before entering. Start the training and recording begins; present documents, launch quizzes and polls, answer questions and check who is really in front of the screen.
-
Wrap up with report and certificates
Close the training, generate certificates and download the attendance log and report. If you like, ask participants for feedback on the session.
Who was there, how long they stayed, what they learned. All on record.
What you can do
-
Attendance that counts itself
The log records each participant’s entry, exit and duration. With “Check presence” you ask everyone to confirm with one click, within a set time, that they are still there.
-
Quizzes, polls and questions
Launch a quiz with a correct answer or a timed poll and see the results straight away. Participants’ questions arrive in a panel where they can be upvoted: answer publicly or privately.
-
Course material front and centre
With “Present document” you upload a course PDF and page through it in front of everyone, without sharing your screen.
-
Group work
With “Groups” you split participants into named work groups, manually or automatically, and send a message to all groups at once.
-
Certificates ready to go
At the end of the course generate certificates for everyone or one participant at a time, with the attendance percentage and the presence checks passed.
-
Ask the report questions
Download the report as CSV or JSON, or simply ask it “who spoke the most?” or “how many messages did each person send?”. A company-configured AI model is required.
-
Recording with a fingerprint
You get the SHA-256 hash of the session recording: anyone can recompute it and verify the file is the original.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Recording extension needed too?
Yes. Training mode records every session and relies on the Recording extension, which must be activated first.
How is participants’ data handled?
Before entering, each participant reads the consent text you wrote and accepts it. Participation data is kept for the period you choose, from 30 days to a year, then deleted.
How does the presence check work?
When you start it, each participant sees an “I’m here” button appear and has a limited time to press it. Those who confirm are marked present, the rest absent; the outcome goes into the report and onto the certificate.
Are groups separate rooms?
No: participants stay in the same meeting. Groups help organise the work, assigning each person to a named group and sending instructions to all groups at once.
