The editorial plan that no longer lives in a spreadsheet

Every post has a channel, a pillar, a date, an owner and a status. The client sees it when it is ready and approves it right there. Whoever publishes knows what goes out tomorrow without asking.

One place for everything that will go out

An editorial plan is usually a shared sheet, a folder of images, a chat with the client and the memory of whoever publishes. When one of those four gets lost, the post gets lost.

kSocial brings them together: the calendar says when, the post card says what and for which channel, the client approves inside, and the media sit next to the copy that uses them. For an agency with ten clients, each one is a separate project with its own people.

What you do with it

  • One project per client

Your own plan plus one for each client you manage, each with its channels, pillars and people. Whoever works on a client does not see the others.

  • Calendar, table, board

The same plan viewed by month, by quarter, as a filterable table, as a board by status or as an image gallery. Views can be saved.

  • Channels with their own rules

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, newsletter, blog and more: each channel carries its character limit and formats, and the post reminds you while you write.

  • From idea to published

Idea, draft, in review, approved, scheduled, published. Every step is recorded, and a post being edited is “frozen” so nobody overwrites it.

  • The client approves inside

The client enters their project, sees only posts from review onwards, comments and approves. No PDFs back and forth, no “which version was the good one?”.

  • Inspiration and boards

RSS feeds, links and Files folders read automatically; a free-form board to gather images and references. From there, “Save as idea” and the post already exists.

  • A public form for ideas

One link, no account: anyone in the company with an idea for a post sends it from there — title, two lines, channel — and it lands on the board as an idea, with the name of whoever proposed it.

  • Brand, library, templates

Logos, colours, fonts and every project’s media in one place; a file from Files is used without copying it. A plan that works is saved as a template and reused on the next client.

  • Reminders that arrive

Upcoming deadlines, pending reviews, approvals the client still owes: an email at the right moment, not a chat to re-read.

The same plan, five ways to look at it

A table to filter and sort, a Gantt to see the distance between one release and the next, a board by status, a gallery for those who think in images, and a public form from which anyone in the company proposes an idea. Views are saved, everyone keeps their own.

Inspiration and boards

Ideas are not born in a calendar. kSocial automatically reads the sources you point it to — RSS feeds, links, a Files folder — and puts them on a separate board; what is worth it becomes an idea in one click, or goes onto a free-form board where images, references and notes gather until the post has a shape. The board exports to PNG or PDF to send to the client.

An assistant, if you want one

An optional extension that works inside the plan, not beside it. You choose the model, feature by feature: ours, on servers in Europe, or an external provider if you prefer.

  • Plan the month reads channels, pillars and what is already scheduled and proposes the missing ideas. You pick, and only then do they become posts.
  • Write and adapt the first draft from a brief, then the same content rewritten for each channel, within its character limit.
  • Tone, title, hashtags changes the register, proposes title and hashtags, suggests pillar and format.
  • Strategy and brand a starting strategy from the client brief; logos and colours read from a file.
  • Image generated in the right format for the channel — landscape, portrait or square — and saved only if you accept it.

What comes next

Automatic publishing to channels is in the works, as an extension: the plan stands on its own without it, and whoever turns it on will know exactly what changes. Today whoever publishes marks the post “published” and pastes the link.

Frequently asked questions

Does kSocial publish to social networks for me?

Not yet. Today kSocial plans, gets approvals and keeps track; a person publishes, marks the post as published and pastes the link. Automatic publishing will come as an optional extension.

Does the client need an account?

Yes, but only for their project: an external user type that sees posts from review onwards, comments and approves. They see neither other clients nor drafts.

Do I need Files to use kSocial?

No. Media are uploaded directly into kSocial, encrypted per company. If you also have Files, a file is used without copying it and a folder becomes an inspiration source.

Is the AI mandatory?

No. It is an extension that starts switched off; you enable it for the company and assign it to the people who need it. The model is chosen feature by feature.
