Everything kSocial does, page by page

Every feature has its own page: what it does, how it works, what you can do, the most frequent questions. Deep dives sit under the feature they belong to.

Setting up the work

  • Setting up the work

    Projects, channels and pillars

A spreadsheet with one tab per client, X’s character limit remembered by heart, and at the end of the month nobody can say how many product posts actually went out. In kSocial every company you look after is a project with its own channels, pillars and people: the channel knows how long a post can be, the pillar knows how many posts it needs each week.

  • Setting up the work

    Strategy and brand kit

The client’s guidelines in a PDF inside a folder, the strategy in a PowerPoint emailed in March and never opened again, and whoever writes the posts not knowing which blue to use or which words the client never wants to hear. In kSocial the brand kit and the strategy live in the project, next to the posts: whoever writes has them at hand, and with the AI assistant the model reads them too.

Finding ideas

  • Finding ideas

    Sources, inspiration and boards

The article you sent yourself on WhatsApp, the screenshot lost in your camera roll, the industry blog you read when you have time, which is never. And on Monday the week’s plan is empty. In kSocial sources are read automatically and bring their new content into one page, sorted by pillar: what is worth it becomes an idea in the plan in one click, or lands on a board until the post takes shape.

Writing and approving

  • Writing and approving

    Editorial plan

The plan in a spreadsheet, the copy in a document, the client’s OK on WhatsApp, the date in the head of whoever publishes: when one of these changes, the others never find out. In kSocial a post is a single row, with channel, content pillar, date, owner and status. The writer sends it for review, the approver approves it right there, and with mandatory approval nobody schedules it before that.

  • Writing and approving

    Library and collaboration

The right logo in a chat, the final photo in an email from the client, the designer’s comment on another channel, and the good version of the copy that nobody can identify any more. In kSocial files, conversation and history sit in the project and on the post: whoever opens the card finds what they need to get it out.

Going out on social

  • Going out on social

    Personal profiles and reshares

The company post goes out on the page, and then someone writes in the chat “everyone please reshare”. Half of them forget, the other half reshare it without a word. In kSocial, anyone with the privilege has a personal profile: they connect their LinkedIn, schedule their own posts, choose who can write for them and reshare project posts with a comment of their own.
