Would you ever hand a client a business card with someone else’s logo? With Kamzan, the area they log into, the link they receive and the email that reaches them carry your name — and the customisation applies to the whole ecosystem, not just Files.
One panel, every product
Branding is a company setting, not a product setting: you set it once in Kamzan Account and it applies to Files, Kalendo, kMail, kMeeting and everything else. Upload the coloured and the white logo, the favicon and the sidebar icon; pick the sidebar, text and accent colours; design the login page with your background image or gradient. Name, tagline, contact details and social links show up where needed. If you ever want to go back, one button restores the Kamzan defaults.
How it works

Upload logos and colours
Four images — logo, white logo for dark backgrounds, favicon, sidebar icon — and three colours: sidebar, sidebar text, accent. A switch turns custom colours on; the preview shows the result before you save.

Design the login page
Image, solid colour or gradient background at the angle you prefer. The login box has its own colour, text, rounding, transparency and one of nine positions on the page, so the photo stays visible. Buttons take your colours.

Put it on your domain
The company logs in from its own address — documents.yourcompany.com — and every active product lives under that address. The certificate renews itself. One DNS record is all it takes: we configure the rest.

Applies to the whole ecosystem
Logo, colours and domain are set once in Kamzan Account and inherited by every active product: whoever moves from Files to Kalendo does not change house.

Emails with your header
Invitations, notifications and shares go out with your logo at the top. You can add your own text to invitation emails, with a link — the privacy notice, say — above or below the button.

Share pages with your name
Whoever opens a link sees a page with your logo and colours, built from blocks and saved as a template. The same goes for Klokka reports and Notika public views.

Company details and social links
Name, tagline, description, email, phone, address, website, privacy-policy link and social profiles: they appear on public pages and in the email footer.

Virtual backgrounds for video calls
Upload backgrounds with your brand and in kMeeting the whole company finds them ready: the same image behind every team member.

Marketing manages the brand
A dedicated permission — “can manage brand” — opens the section to whoever looks after the image without granting the other admin functions. And one button restores every Kamzan default.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Kamzan as the client area of my website?
Yes, it is the most common use for firms and companies with a client base. The “Client area” button on your website leads to documents.yourcompany.com; the client lands on a page with your logo and finds their workspace: the folders you shared with them, the ones they upload into, documents to sign with kSign and Flow collections. They never see another brand.
Do I have to buy the domain? What do I need to do?
You use a domain you already own: just create a subdomain (documents., area., clients.) with a DNS record pointing to Kamzan. We tell you what to enter; the HTTPS certificate is issued and renewed automatically.
What if I don’t have a white logo?
The white logo is used on dark backgrounds — sidebar, email header. If you don’t upload one, we use the coloured logo where the background allows. Logos must be PNG, WebP or SVG with transparency; JPEG won’t do because it has no transparent background.
Is customisation included?
Logos, colours, login page, company details and virtual backgrounds are part of Kamzan Account, on every plan. The custom domain is enabled on request through support, because it needs a step on your DNS.
