Changes to the notices
Jinni S.r.l. reserves the right to amend these notices from time to time. In the event of changes, the user will be informed through the change of the “last updated” date shown at the beginning of each notice. For material changes the user will be notified more directly, for example by publishing a more prominent notice or by sending an email, before the change takes effect. Users are therefore invited to review the notices each time they access Jinni S.r.l.’s services, in order to stay informed about the practices relating to the processing of information and the protection of their privacy. If a user disagrees with any change to the notices, and does not consent to their information being subject to a possible new notice, the user must request the deactivation of the services activated for them by Jinni S.r.l. and stop using them.
