How it works

  1. Choose the angle

    By client, by project, by person, by period. Pivot tables cross the axes you need: one user across all projects, all users on one project, this month against last.

  2. Read the margin

    Hours priced with the client’s rates, set against labour cost: what remains is the job’s margin, visible without exporting anything.

  3. Send it to the client

    The statement becomes a link protected by password or by an emailed code. The client opens it in the browser, with no account. You see who opened it and can revoke it whenever you like.

Frequently asked questions

Does the client need a Kamzan account to see the statement?

No, and that is the point. They get a link that opens in the browser, protected by a password or by a code sent via email. No sign-up, no app to install.

Can access to an already sent statement be withdrawn?

Yes, the share can be revoked at any time and the link stops working. The record of accesses that happened before the revocation remains.

Does the margin account for the cost of people?

Yes, when cost is configured. Hours are valued at revenue using client and project rates and compared with labour cost, so margin is a number rather than an impression.
