Choose which widgets to keep and in what order: hour summary, week trend, open tasks, today’s agenda, goal progress. The layout is personal and stays saved.

Set up your Time Deck buttons
The work you do every day becomes buttons: client, project and activity already set. One click and the timer starts, without going through three dropdowns again.

Set the goals
Define how many hours are expected from a person, a group or everyone, over the period that matters to you. Progress updates as hours come in, with a history of revisions.
Nobody looks twice at a dashboard that doesn’t talk about their work.

Four totals always at the top of the dashboard, each compared with its goal: the gap shows up before it becomes an end-of-month problem.

Goals per person or per group
A goal can cover an individual, a working group or the whole company. Whoever contributes sees it, and sees how much is left.

Every change to a goal stays tracked: at year end you know which target was in force in which period, no arguments.
Frequently asked questions
Who decides which widgets a person sees?
The person themselves, choosing among the available widgets. What they see inside the widgets depends on their permissions, though: someone who cannot read team hours will not see them appear by adding a panel.
Do goals block anything if they are not met?
No, they are a reading tool, not a constraint: they show the gap between expected and logged. No entry is ever blocked because a goal was missed.
Does the Time Deck replace the normal timer?
No, it shortens it. The buttons are shortcuts to the same timer with client, project and activity pre-filled; for out-of-the-ordinary work you still use the normal start.
