Your editorial plan seen through its images, not its rows.
In a spreadsheet a post is a cell with a file name next to it, and to know whether the month works you have to open the images one by one. The Gallery view puts each post on a card with its image: you see at once if the colours repeat, if a content pillar has vanished, if three posts in a row look the same.
The images next to the text that uses them
The cover of each card is the first image attached to the post or, for a post adapted to several channels, to the post it comes from. Below it are the title, the start of the text, the status, the channel and the date. Cards follow date order, can be grouped by status, channel, content pillar, week, owner or one of your own choice fields, and come in small, medium or large. One click opens the post, where you write, comment and approve just as from any other view.
How it works

Create the view
Inside the project section, “Create new…” and choose Gallery. Whoever manages projects creates it once, and the whole team finds it there.

Choose how to group
By week if you are thinking about rhythm, by channel if you are thinking about where it goes out, by content pillar if you want to see the balance between topics. The view remembers the choice and the card size.

Open and fix
One click on the card opens the post: change the image, text or date, close it, and the gallery is already updated.
Before you approve a month, look at it the way your followers will.

Automatic cover
The first attached image becomes the cover, with nothing to choose. A post still without an image shows a placeholder in the channel colour: what is missing stands out at once.

Three card sizes
Small to see a whole quarter, medium and large to also read the start of the text next to the image.

Group the way you think
By status, channel, content pillar, week, owner or one of your own single-choice fields, with the number of posts in each group.

Each card shows the post status, the social network icon and the publication date: the gallery is not just a moodboard, it is the plan.

Whoever writes posts creates a new one straight from the gallery, without switching view.

Frequently asked questions
Do videos work as covers too?
No, the cover is always the first image. A post with only videos shows the placeholder in the channel colour; you watch the video by opening the post.
Does the whole team see the same gallery?
Yes: views belong to the project, with their grouping and size. If a view must not change, “Lock view” leaves its configuration to administrators only.
Is the Gallery view paid separately?
No, it is included in kSocial. If the option has a padlock in the “Create new…” menu, the administrator switches it on from Control centre › Extensions, for the whole company.
