Everything Formatika does, page by page

Every feature has its own page: what it does, how it works, what you can do, the most frequent questions. Deep dives sit under the feature they belong to.

Setting the requirements

  • Setting the requirements

    Collaborators and types

One number of hours for agents, a different one for office staff, newcomers to add to a spreadsheet someone copied from last year. In Formatika the mandatory annual hours come with the type: you give each collaborator their role and the count starts there, with hours done, percentage and status always up to date.

  • Setting the requirements

    Training plans

Reaching the hours is not enough if all thirty are IT and the legal area is still empty. The training plan says, person by person, how many hours are needed in each area or module; every course recorded is assigned to a plan item, and the collaborator’s status is that of the item furthest behind.

Recording training

  • Recording training

    Courses and training providers

“Anti-money laundering 2025”, “AML update”, “anti-money laundering – webinar”: in the spreadsheet the same course has three names, and the phone number of the provider running it is in somebody’s inbox. In Formatika recurring courses and training providers live in a catalogue. When you record a team member’s training, you type the first few letters, pick the course, and provider, hours and format are already filled in.

  • Recording training

    Personal page and certificates

“Could you send me the certificate again?”, the PDF that arrives as “scan0012.pdf”, saved in a folder and then copied by hand into the hours spreadsheet. In Formatika every team member has a personal page reached through a link, with no account and no password: they see their courses, download their certificates and upload new ones. You get notified, open the file next to the form, and in one step the course is recorded with the certificate already in place.

Staying compliant

  • Staying compliant

    Compliance and reminders

The hard part of mandatory training is not recording it, it is noticing in time that someone is not doing it. With a spreadsheet you find out in December, with twenty hours missing and three weeks left. Formatika recalculates everyone’s status in proportion to the months already gone, shows it on a dashboard and, if you want, writes to the collaborator who is slipping behind.

  • Staying compliant

    Reports and AI questions

How many hours did we do this year, how many people are compliant, in which format: management, the auditor or the principal always ask at short notice. With spreadsheets that means an afternoon of cross-checking columns. In Formatika the Report page already has the year’s figures, the full Excel file downloads in one click, and anything missing you ask the AI, writing the question just as it comes.
