Working with the ecosystem

Enter the client once, for every app.

Sales creates the client in the CRM, the back office types it again into the timesheet tool, the project makes a third copy, and the quote documents sit in a folder only the person who created it can find. Kore works on the same company registry as the other Kamzan apps and brings the document folders into the records: when the client signs, whoever comes next finds it already there.

One registry, separate archives

A company created in Kore is the same one Klokka uses for hours, the one that appears in projects and in Files workspaces: no imports between apps, no duplicates to reconcile. Each app, however, has its own archive: archiving a company in Kore removes it from Kore’s drop-downs and nothing more; in the other products it stays active. And a company with linked data somewhere cannot be deleted by mistake: Kore tells you where that data is — opportunities, logged hours, projects — and suggests archiving it instead. You sign in with the same Kamzan ID account as the other apps, and Kore’s members page is where you decide who does what.

How it works

  1. Create the company once

By converting a lead or from the Companies page: from then on, the other active Kamzan apps already find it, with the same data.

  2. Link the document folder

With Files active, in the details of a company, contact or opportunity you choose the folder where quotes, contracts and attachments live: from then on it is one click away.

  3. Follow everything from the bell

Assigned activities, opportunities moved by a colleague and reminders arrive in the Kamzan bell, with a link to the right record.

One client, one record, every app.

What you can do

  • A shared company registry

Company name, VAT number, address and logo are entered once. Whoever logs hours in Klokka or opens a workspace in Files picks the same company that sales created in Kore.

  • Archive per product

A lost client can disappear from Kore’s drop-downs and stay active in Klokka, where hours are still being closed. You find it again with “Show archived” in the More actions menu and restore it from there.

  • No blind deletions

Before deleting a company, Kore checks what is linked to it across all products. If it finds opportunities, hours, projects or folders, it says so and suggests archiving it or merging it into the right company.

  • Linked documents with Files

The Linked documents panel appears in the details of companies, contacts and opportunities when Files is active. You can link several folders, open them with one click, and removing a link does not touch the files.

  • One login, the same people

You sign in with Kamzan ID, as in every other app. On Kore’s members page each person gets a user type, which decides who manages opportunities and who sees everyone’s.

  • Quotes saved to Files

With the Quote generation extension, the DOCX templates live in a Files folder and the quote document is produced from the data collected in the flow. Without Files active, the extension cannot be used.

Frequently asked questions

Do I also need Files?

No: Kore works on its own. Files is needed to link document folders to records and for the Quote generation extension; without Files, those panels simply do not appear.

If I archive a client in Kore, does it disappear from Klokka too?

No. The archive applies only to Kore: in the other products the company stays active, with all its data. In Kore you find it with “Show archived” in the More actions menu and restore it when it becomes relevant again.

Do users have to be created again in Kore?

No: they are your company’s people on Kamzan ID, with the same login as the other apps. In Kore you give each one a user type, meaning what they can do: manage opportunities, see everyone’s, configure the settings.
