AI on Kamzan: the intelligent document search trial begins
Kamzan continues its evolution journey, combining security and innovation. The testing phase of the artificial intelligence integration has officially started, a feature designed to revolutionise document search and management.
The feature: a new form of search
A first internal testing phase is currently underway, aimed at assessing the reliability and effectiveness of the system in real-world contexts.
The tool being tested is an intelligent chatbot capable of:
- Accessing all the documents uploaded to the platform
- Understanding their content
- Answering questions in natural language within seconds
A new way of interacting with your data, without the need to manually open files or navigate through folders.
Customer testing
Four customers have been selected from among those who showed the most interest and availability. In the coming weeks they will start a guided testing phase, with the goal of:
- Validating the system in production environments
- Gathering valuable insights and feedback on functionality, logic and usability
Innovation while respecting security
As with every Kamzan feature, the integrated AI is also designed in line with the fundamental principles: data protection, confidentiality, isolated environments and regulatory compliance. Documents always stay within the platform. No exposure to external systems.
What happens next?
Once the testing phases are concluded, the results will be assessed and the production release will be planned, while keeping a strong focus on performance, security and ease of use.
