Librika: the book is born digital, from draft to preservation

Librika is the environment for drafting and digitally keeping mandatory corporate books: timestamped, frozen versions, distinct roles, digital signature and compliant preservation. Full evidentiary value, no paper.

Let’s talk about your project

The problem

Shareholders’ register, assembly minutes, board minutes: corporate books are still kept through drafts sent by e-mail, overlapping versions and notary stamping. Digitising a book already written is not enough: there is no proof of who changed what, and when.

What we did

We built an environment where the book is born digital at drafting time. Whoever takes the minute for editing locks it and the others are notified; when done they create a timestamped milestone. Once everyone approves, the final version is signed and preserved as PDF/A, with a receipt. A complete flow, unique in Italy: from draft to legal value, without the notary.

What’s inside

  • Check-out and milestones

True versioning: whoever edits locks the document, the others wait and are notified; every final version is a milestone.

  • Timestamp on every version

Every milestone is frozen at a certain date: the sequence of changes is proven and cannot be disputed.

  • Three roles with precise permissions

Secretary operator, secretary and board member: who manages, who drafts, who reviews.

  • Contributions folder as a data room

Shareholders and advisors upload preparatory documents into a folder with data-room rules: read-only, watermark, tracking.

  • Integrated digital signature

The version approved by everyone is signed on the same platform: authenticity and integrity of the book over time.

  • Compliant PDF/A preservation

Automatic preservation with receipt: books always retrievable and producible, safe from loss or theft.
