Notes you can still find tomorrow
A note taken in a hurry serves whoever wrote it. Notika makes it useful later too: your own folders and labels, checklists you tick off, sharing with the right people — even writing together, at the same time — and search inside the text, not just the titles.
The company notepad, not yet another document
Work notes end up everywhere: a file on the desktop, a message to yourself, a page in a notebook. When you need them — the client call, the onboarding list, the numbers from the management meeting — they are nowhere.
Notika is where they live. It opens with your Kamzan login, the note saves itself while you type, goes into a folder and takes a colour. A highlighted line becomes a task in Klokka; a kSocial or Projekta project note lives there and can be read from here too.

Folders, colours, labels
Two-level folders, eight colours on the note’s edge, personal labels: on a shared note everyone adds their own, no arguing about who put what.

Checklists you tick off
Headings, lists, links and checkboxes in the same editor. The client onboarding list gets duplicated and used, not retyped.

Share with a person or a link
A note or a whole folder, read-only or editable, with a colleague. Or a public link for people without Kamzan, with a password or an email code if needed.

Write together, at the same time
A note shared for editing opens for two or five people: everyone sees the others’ cursors, each in their own colour, and what they type shows up at once. No “who has the good copy”, no lost pieces.

Version history
Notika keeps a version every few minutes of writing and each time the note is closed. Pick a point on the timeline, see Before and After side by side with words removed and added, and restore. How many to keep, and for how long, the company decides.

The log of what happened
Who created the note, who edited, moved, shared, exported or restored it. Readable by whoever already sees the note — there is no company-wide view, and there should not be.

Linked to a client or a project
A note links to a company in the address book or to a project, and the label under the title leads to every other note on the same thing. kSocial and Projekta project notes can be read from here too.

Voice notes, transcribed
Record from your phone after the meeting; Notika transcribes and the note is already text you can search and share. The audio stays as long as you decide.

Full-text search and smart folders
Search inside the content, even in ticked boxes. A search you run often — “urgent”, “client”, a folder — you save as a smart folder and it stays in the sidebar.

From note to task
Highlight a line and send it to Klokka Agenda as a task, with the text copied inside. Whoever receives it has everything they need without opening your note.

Export and take it with you
Every note exports to Markdown or DOCX, images included. Your notes are yours: they are not held hostage by the program you wrote them in.

The admin reads nobody’s notes
There is no “all company notes” view, not even for administrators. Someone else’s note simply does not exist. The trash is personal and empties itself after the days you set.
An assistant, if you want one
Two features, both optional and enabled per company. “Tidy up” takes hurried notes — punctuation, broken lines, lists — and fixes them without adding anything that was not there, showing the result next to the original before replacing it. Voice-note transcription turns audio into text. You choose the model: ours, on servers in Europe, or an external provider if you prefer.
Frequently asked questions
Can the Kamzan admin read my notes?
No. There is no function for it: the server answers that the note does not exist. They see only what you share with them.
Can I share a note with someone without Kamzan?
Yes, with a public link. You can protect it with a password or an email code, and revoke it whenever you want.
Can two of us write on the same note?
Yes, at the same time: whoever has the note open for editing sees the others’ cursors, and changes appear as they are typed. Read-only users see the text update without being able to touch it.
If someone deletes a piece, can it be recovered?
Yes. Every note has a version history: pick a point on the timeline, compare Before and After, and restore. The restore itself saves a version, so nothing is lost even when going back.
Do I need Files or another product to use Notika?
No, Notika stands on its own. With Klokka, a line of a note becomes an Agenda task; with kSocial or Projekta, project notes can be read from here too.
Where are voice notes transcribed?
On the engine your company chooses: ours, on servers in Europe, or an external provider. If transcription is off, the voice note stays audio.
