The right questions, with the documents attached
A questionnaire is for when a spoken answer is not enough: onboarding a client, the medical history before a visit, ESG data from suppliers, an internal survey. Kompila builds it in steps, sends it to whoever must fill it in — even without an account — and collects answers and documents in one place, ready to export.
Born from Kamzan’s questionnaires, rebuilt as a product
Questionnaires were an application inside the old Kamzan, switched on for a folder: multiple-choice questions, steps and sections, a file attached where needed, answers in CSV. It worked, but it was hidden inside Files and respondents needed an account.
Kompila brings it out: an ecosystem product with its own access, its own templates and a link anyone can fill in from their phone. Collected documents land in Files, in the person’s folder; answers stay readable per submission and per question, and export when needed.
What you will do with it

Open and closed questions
Free text, single choice, multiple choice, number, date, yes/no. Every question can be required and carry a help note underneath.

In steps, with sections
A long questionnaire splits into steps and sections: respondents see where they are, save and resume. Sections are reused across templates.

One document per question
“Attach your ID”, “upload the latest financial statements”: the question asks for a file, with allowed formats. The file goes to the person’s folder in Files, not into an email attachment.

Validation while filling in
Tax codes, VAT numbers, IBAN, email, number and date ranges: the error shows on the field, not after submitting. Answers arrive clean.

For account holders and everyone else
Assign it to people registered in Kamzan, or generate a link — with expiry and an email code — for clients, patients and suppliers who have no account.

Answers per person and per question
Who has completed, who is halfway, who has not opened it yet. Each submission reads on its own; each question reads as a column, to compare answers.

Export to CSV, with the files
One submission or all of them, in CSV for the spreadsheet or the management system. Collected documents stay in Files, organised as you asked.

With Files and Flow, not instead of them
Kompila collects answers; Files keeps the documents that go with them; Flow guides complex document collections, with approvals and checks. When a process is mostly “answer these questions and attach this”, it is Kompila. When it is “hand me these twelve documents and I check them one by one”, it is Flow.
Frequently asked questions
When will it be available?
Kompila is in development. If you have a concrete case — a questionnaire you run on paper or with external forms today — get in touch: we use it to shape the first versions and let you know when it can be tried.
Do respondents need a Kamzan account?
No. You can assign the questionnaire to registered people or send a link with expiry and an email code: client, patient or supplier fill it in from the browser, phone included.
Where do uploaded documents go?
Into Files, in the folder of the person who uploaded them, with your company’s permissions. Kompila keeps no parallel archive.
Can I export the answers?
Yes, to CSV: one submission or all of them, for the spreadsheet or the management system. Answers remain readable in Kompila per person and per question.
How is it different from Flow?
Flow guides a document collection with checks and approvals; Kompila collects answers to questions, with a document where needed. They often work together: the questionnaire first, the document collection after.
Where is the data?
On servers in Europe, like the whole Kamzan ecosystem, with the activity log and permissions of Kamzan Account. The answers belong to the company that created the questionnaire.
