Acceptable Use Policy

We ask users to use Kamzan and its associated services responsibly. You agree not to misuse them and not to help anyone else do so. For example, you must not even attempt to carry out any of the following activities in connection with Kamzan and its services:

• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
• breach or circumvent in any way any security or authentication measure;
• access, tamper with or use non-public areas or parts of the service, or shared areas of the services to which you have not been invited;
• interfere with or tamper with any user, host or network, for example by sending viruses or spam, overloading, or using flooding and mail-bombing techniques on any part of Kamzan and its services;
• access, search or create accounts for Kamzan and its services through means other than the publicly supported interfaces (for example through “scraping” or bulk account creation);
• send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam;
• send altered, deceptive or falsely-sourced information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
• promote or advertise products or services other than those you own, without the relevant authorisations;
• abuse referrals or promotions to obtain more storage space than deserved;
• circumvent storage space limits;
• resell or redistribute to third parties, in whole or in part, Kamzan or the services purchased through it without Jinni S.r.l.’s knowledge, unless specifically authorised to do so;
• publish or share materials that are illegally pornographic or indecent, or that contain acts of extreme violence;
• promote intolerance or hatred towards persons or groups of persons on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual preferences, disability or handicap;
• violate the law in any way, including storing, publishing or sharing fraudulent, defamatory or misleading materials;
• violate the privacy or the rights of other people.
