Everything kVoice does, page by page

Every feature has its own page: what it does, how it works, what you can do, the most frequent questions. Deep dives sit under the feature they belong to.

On the phone

  • On the phone

    Voice, greeting and hours

The phone rings while you’re with a customer, at lunch, in the middle of August. Callers shouldn’t find silence: they find an assistant that says who you are, knows when you’re open and talks about the workshop or the practice in the right words.

  • Activation

    Activation with your own number

Changing number means redoing signs, website and customers’ habits. With kVoice you don’t have to: keep yours, forward it to the kVoice number and decide in which cases. A check confirms that calls really reach the assistant.

  • People and departments

    Handing over the call

The assistant doesn’t need to keep every call. If the caller wants to talk to someone, it tells them and hands the call over, to the department that matches what they’re asking for. And if nobody answers there, the call doesn’t vanish.

What it does for you

  • Appointments

    Appointments by phone

People who want an appointment usually decide on the spot: if nobody answers, they try elsewhere. kVoice offers free slots and books, and the next day it’s all in your diary, without you touching the phone.

  • Callbacks

    Callbacks and alerts

The customer asks to be called back and hangs up. From that moment the request is already in front of the right people, with name and reason in kVoice, and you can see who is handling it. Urgent ones come before everything else.

  • Information on the phone

    Answers from documents and website

The same question comes in ten times a day: how much is it, what should I bring, where are you. You point to a folder of documents and your website, and kVoice answers from there, in two sentences. What isn’t written, it doesn’t say.

Control and connections

  • Assistant setup

    Set up and test

Putting an assistant on the phone is daunting for one reason: you do not know what it will say. With kVoice you set it up by answering a few questions, change a rule by writing it as you would tell a colleague, and talk to it yourself before it goes live.

  • Call log

    Call log and privacy

After a morning of calls you open kVoice and within a minute you have the picture: who called, how it ended, what is left to do. And what callers say stays under control: the right people read it, and after a set term it goes.

  • Connections

    kVoice in the ecosystem

The old answering machine leaves a message to copy out. kVoice works where you already work: it recognises the customer from your contacts, puts the appointment in the diary, opens the ticket and passes the data to your business software if you have one.
