Dogma: a data room for every investigation

Founded in 2004, Dogma handles private investigations, intelligence and security for individuals, companies and public bodies, and was the first agency in Italy to set up an investigative psychology division. With Kamzan it built “Dogma Cloud”, the data room through which it delivers the results of every engagement to its clients.

The starting need

How Dogma uses Kamzan

  1. One project per engagement, shared with the client

    For every new engagement we set up the project on the platform and share it with the client, ensuring the security and protection of every shared document.

    Reports, evidence and attachments of an investigation live in a space open only to that client, view-only where needed, with watermark and download block. It is the kVDR data room model.

  2. Control over everything that happens

    Our clients’ activities are extremely sensitive and strategic, ranging from public companies to listed companies, so security and control were two non-negotiable elements for us, and Kamzan guaranteed both. Being able to trace everything that happens on the platform, including the hourly activity notification email, gives us a very high level of control.

    The activity log says who opened what and when; the hourly email digest brings it to the inbox of whoever follows the engagement.

  3. Dogma Cloud, one of the first investigative VDRs in Italy

    Ease of use, service efficiency and above all the particular attention to security played a fundamental role in creating our VDR, one of the first VDRs in Italy for the private investigation sector: Dogma Cloud.

    The platform carries Dogma’s name and colours: for the client it is the agency’s service, not a third-party tool. The use case for investigation agencies grew out of this experience.
