Kore CRM extension

Before the offer, all the right questions, in the right order

Every service you sell has its own path: phases, tasks to tick off, space to note down the client’s answers. At the end you set the commercial decisions and Kore CRM turns them into an opportunity that is already filled in.

A wrong quote starts with a question nobody asked

The budget asked for out loud, the scope agreed on the phone, the contact person nobody wrote down: when it’s time to write the offer, half the information is in emails and the other half in the head of whoever ran the call. With offer flows, information gathering follows one template per service, the same for the whole team, and every answer stays on the company. Whoever writes the quote finds everything in one place, even if a colleague ran the call.

How it works

  1. Open the flow on the company

From the company record, under “Offer flows”, choose the service and its template and give the flow a name. You see straight away how many phases and tasks lie ahead.

  2. Fill it in phase by phase

Tick off the tasks and note the client’s answer under each one: it saves itself as you type. In each phase the template can show you the mistake to avoid and a pro tip.

  3. Complete it and create the opportunity

In “Offer decisions” you set value, probability, close date, contact and stage. Complete the flow and Kore CRM creates the opportunity already filled in, linked to the company.

Questions first, then the quote.

What you can do

  • One template for every service

Every service has its own template of phases and tasks, with a hint under the questions that need one. Whoever on the team opens a flow asks the same questions, in the same order.

  • Progress at a glance

One bar for the flow and one for each phase show how many tasks are done. Before writing the offer you see at once where something is missing.

  • The decisions the offer needs

Opportunity name, value, probability, expected close date, contact person, initial stage, what’s included, what isn’t and the agreed next step, plus notes: a counter tells you how many fields are already filled in.

  • Opportunity already filled in

When you complete the flow you create the opportunity in one click: value, contact and stage come from the decisions, and what’s included, what isn’t and the next step go into the notes. The flow stays linked and you find it again on the opportunity.

  • Structure fixed on completion

While the flow is open it follows the updated template; when you complete it, its structure is fixed and no longer changes. You can reopen it if needed, and if a task disappears from the template the answers already given stay there to copy.

  • Whoever opened it knows when it’s done

If a colleague completes the flow, whoever opened it gets a notification: who closed it and whether an opportunity came out of it. Typical when one person gathers the information and another decides.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to complete every task to finish the flow?

No. When you complete it you see how many tasks are done, but you decide whether to close: sometimes an answer arrives after the offer.

Can I complete the flow without creating the opportunity?

Yes: when you complete it you choose whether to create the opportunity too or just close the flow. If you don’t set a stage in the decisions, the opportunity starts at the first stage of the pipeline.

Who can use offer flows?

With the extension active on Kore CRM, anyone whose user type has the “Use the offer flows” privilege. Everyone else doesn’t see the flows.
