Kore CRM extension Coming soon

The offer starts from your Word template, not a blank page

Upload the DOCX template to Kamzan Files and add the placeholders: company name, opportunity value, what’s included and what isn’t. Today you prepare and organise the templates; automatic filling with the offer flow data is coming soon.

No more copying the same data by hand into every offer

Every offer starts again from the last one sent: you change the client’s name, fix the price, and hope you didn’t leave the previous client’s scope in. With this extension the offer has an official template, with placeholders where the data changes, and the template lives on Kamzan Files alongside your other documents. The data to fill it is what the offer flow already collects: company, contact, opportunity and decisions.

How it works

  1. Upload the template

In the Kore CRM settings, under “Quote generation”, you upload a .docx file, give it a name and choose the Kamzan Files folder to save it in.

  2. Add the placeholders

Copy placeholders from the list with one click, such as {azienda.nome} or {decisioni.incluso}, and paste them into the document where you want the data. To edit the template, open it directly in Kamzan Files.

  3. Pick the default

If you have several templates, you mark one as the default: it’s the one meant for offers where no other is chosen. Filling it in from the offer flow is coming soon.

One official template, no copy and paste.

What you can do

  • The template stays a Word file

You lay it out as always, with logo, terms and signature: no new editor to learn. Kore CRM saves it on Kamzan Files, in the folder you choose.

  • Placeholders for company and contact

Name, VAT number, email, address and city of the client company; name, email and role of the contact person; name and VAT number of your own company.

  • Placeholders for opportunity and decisions

Name, value and probability of the opportunity; what’s included, what isn’t, the next step and the notes decided in the offer flow; number, date and validity of the offer.

  • Several templates, one default

One template for services, one for supplies, one in English: you keep them all in a list, with the date of the last update, and mark one as the default.

  • Removing a template doesn’t delete the file

If you remove a template from the settings, the .docx stays on Kamzan Files: you decide whether to delete it there too.

  • Only the right people manage templates

The section is reserved for Kore CRM administrators whose user type has the “Offer template management” privilege. Salespeople use the templates; they don’t change them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I already generate the offer from the flow?

Not yet. Today the extension lets you upload, organise and prepare the DOCX templates with placeholders; filling in the document with the offer flow data is coming soon.

Do I need Kamzan Files?

Yes. Templates are saved on Kamzan Files: without Files active, Kore CRM says so in the section and doesn’t let you upload them.

Do I also need the Offer flows extension?

Yes: the data that fills the template, such as the commercial decisions, comes from the offer flow, which has to be activated first.
