Files extension

One email per recipient, with their own link and password

Instead of pasting a link into Outlook, you type the addresses in Files: each person receives their own email with their own link, their own password — by SMS if you like, on another channel — and you see whether the email was delivered. When three firms receive the same accounts, you know who opened them.

Independent of public links

Email sharing is a channel of its own: it can be switched on even in a company that has switched public links off, because the recipient is named, not whoever has the URL. The options are the same — permissions, password, expiry, email verification or OTP, acknowledgment declaration — but applied to specific people, one row each: address, and if needed dial code and number for the password by SMS. You write the text or take it from a company template; sending is recorded with its outcome — delivered, being verified, not recorded — and everything lands in the share history.

How it works

  1. Type the recipients

Right-click → Share → Email. One row per person: Tab moves from address to dial code to number, Enter opens the next row. Addresses already used autocomplete from the address book.

  2. Permissions, security, text

Role or individual permissions, password — with the option of sending it by SMS —, expiry, email verification or OTP, acknowledgment. Subject and message you write or pick from a template; with an administrator preset the window is already filled in.

  3. Send and check the outcome

Each recipient has their badge: email delivered, sent and being verified, SMS gone out. The share history says who received what and when; one recipient too many is excluded without resending to the others.

Three recipients, three links, three answers to “who opened it?”.

What you can do

  • Password on another channel

If the company has configured an SMS provider, the password travels by text and the link by email: whoever intercepts only one of the two opens nothing. The number is saved in the address book.

  • Email and SMS templates

Subject and body ready for recurring cases — “Case documents”, “Draft to review” — with the custom message where the template provides for it.

  • Delivery outcome

Not just “sent”: delivered, being verified, outcome not recorded. When the client says “I never got it”, you have the answer before you reply.

  • An address book that fills itself

Every address used ends up in the user’s personal address book, with the phone number if there was one. Next time you just start typing.

  • Only the company name

If you prefer, the page the recipient opens shows “Shared by Rossi & Partner”, not your name and email.

  • One switch for the whole company

Like public links, the administrator can switch email sharing off: the tab disappears and so does the related permission in access levels.

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from sending the public link from Outlook?

The public link is one for all; here every recipient has their own, so statistics, acknowledgment and exclusions are per person. Moreover the sending starts from Files, with delivery outcome and history, and the password can travel by SMS.

Does the recipient need an account?

No. They receive an email with the link to the Files page; if you set a password or email verification, they enter it there. To share with colleagues who already have Kamzan, you use direct folder access instead.

Can I send to many people at once?

Yes: one row per person in the same window, same options for all, one link each. And if one of them should not have received it, you exclude them from that one share.
