A link anyone can open. On the terms you decide.
The client has no Kamzan account and does not need one: you send them a link. You decide whether they can only view or also download and upload, whether a password is needed, when it expires, whether they must say who they are. And you see who opened it, when, how many times.
A page, not a bare URL
Whoever opens a Files link does not land on a file but on a page with your company’s name, your logo, your message: who is sharing, what, until when. If it is a folder they browse it, with previews and thumbnails, and download it as a single ZIP; if the link allows it, they upload into it — that is how you collect documents from a client without making them open an account. The link has a short form, with a decent preview when pasted into a chat, and stays under your control: you revoke it, edit it, change its expiry and password, and see its statistics.
How it works

Choose what whoever opens can do
Right-click → Share → Public link. View only, or also download, edit, upload: a ready-made role or individual permissions. A link on a “Requested documents” folder with upload only is a letterbox.

Add the protections
Password — generated in one click, seven digits, with ten attempts per minute per address and no more — expiry, request for the opener’s email, with or without a six-digit OTP code. And if you prefer, the page shows only the company name, not yours.

Send, then watch
Copy the link or email it from the same window. Statistics tell you how many openings and downloads, the history who did what; the “Shared” collection keeps all your links together, and one too many is revoked from there — in bulk too.
The link is still yours after you have sent it.

Browsable folders, one-click ZIP
A shared folder is browsed from the public page with previews and thumbnails; bulk download prepares the ZIP in a queue and delivers it when ready.

Document request
The link in “document request” mode is for receiving: the client uploads, you get a notification — by email too — for every file that arrives.

Pages with your brand
Page templates with logo, colours, images and a per-link custom message block. The client recognises you, not a file hosting service.

Acknowledgment with evidential value
If you need to prove they read it, the link asks the opener to declare name and email — verified — and to confirm acknowledgment or download. The declaration stays recorded with date, time and address.

Administrator presets
The administrator prepares the good combinations — “Send to client: 30 days, password, email” — and whoever shares picks the preset instead of remembering eight options.

One switch for the whole company
If the company does not want public links, the administrator switches them off: the tab disappears from sharing and the permission from access levels. Other forms of sharing remain.
Frequently asked questions
Does whoever opens the link have to register?
No. At most they enter the password, or their email if you ask for it — with a six-digit code if you want it verified. No account, no app to install.
What happens if I revoke the link while someone is using it?
The page answers “not found” from the next request on: no more previews, downloads or uploads. The same applies at expiry. What had already been downloaded, of course, stays with whoever downloaded it.
Can I see who opened the link?
Statistics count openings and downloads; if the link asks for the email, you also see the addresses. For person-by-person detail with IP and time there is the View tracking extension, and for proof of reading the acknowledgment declaration.
Does the link work on vaulted files too?
No: a vaulted file has no public surface. The link exists but shows no content while the file stays locked.
