Kamzan Account
One person, one login, every app
Whoever enters Files is the same person who sends a contract for signature with kSign, writes with kMail, opens a data room in kVDR and receives documents with Flow. Not because the passwords are the same: because the account is one. Files takes people from Kamzan Account and adds only what it needs — the user type, the levels, the groups.
Identity lives outside Files, and that is why it works
The company in Kamzan Account has its members; for each one you decide which products they access. Whoever is owner or administrator of the company enters Files as Administrator, the others with the user type assigned in the product. You sign in as you prefer: with a password and two-step verification — authenticator app or passkey —, with the company’s Google or Microsoft account, or with SPID and CIE where configured. Once one app is open, you move to the others without logging in again. And when a person leaves, you deactivate them in one place only: from that moment they no longer enter Files or any other product, with their files where they were.
How it works

You invite once
The person receives an invitation, activates the account and chooses how to protect it. From Files you assign the user type; from kSign, kMail or Kore CRM, if they need them, that product’s role. One name, one mailbox.

They sign in as they prefer
Password with two-step verification, passkey, the company Google or Microsoft account, SPID: everyone with their method, the company with its rules. After too many failed attempts access locks itself.

They move from one app to another
A contract in Files, the signature request from kSign, the attachment archived from kMail, the data-room invitation from kVDR: the same session, the same person, the same name in each product’s audit trail.

One account for everything
Files, kSign, kMail, kVDR, Flow, Kore CRM, Kalendo and the other Kamzan products share the same people: no duplicate users, no different password for every tool.

Two-step verification
Authenticator app (TOTP) or passkey, by the person’s choice or by company requirement. It applies to every app at once, not product by product.

With Google, Microsoft or SPID
The company links its own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant and people sign in with that. Where digital identity is required, SPID and CIE, at the level requested.

Product by product
Not everyone has to see everything: for each person you choose which products they access. The warehouse worker uses Files and Klokka, not the CRM.

Switch off in one place
Deactivating a person in Kamzan Account closes every access, in every product, immediately. Expired or inactive users are suspended on their own; the administrator can suspend one at any time.

The same name everywhere
Who uploaded a file, who sent it for signature, who emailed it: the logs of Files, kSign and kMail show the same person, with the same account. Traceability does not break between one product and the next.
Frequently asked questions
Do you need an account for every Kamzan product?
No. There is one account, in Kamzan Account; for each person you decide which products they access. Each product then adds its own role: in Files the user type, in kSign or Kore CRM theirs.
Does an external client need a Kamzan Account?
If they must enter Files as a Guest or Collaborator, yes: a free account, counted towards the plan’s external-user cap. If they only need to receive a file or send one, a public link or a file request is enough: no account.
Can we make two-step verification mandatory for everyone?
Yes, as a company rule in Kamzan Account: it applies to every product. Those who sign in with Google, Microsoft or SPID bring that provider’s rules with them.
Does the Files desktop app use the same login?
Yes: the desktop app connects with your Kamzan Account, once. For external programs that must read the archive there are app passwords, separate from the account password and revocable one by one.
