The starting need

“We were looking for a complete solution to build an archive of images and catalogues to share with clients and prospects.” In an industry where the visual side is the product, the archive had to look as good as the cards it holds — and be tidy enough for the internal team to work in it too.

The initial goal was sharing with the outside. “However, we promptly decided to extend the use of the platform to our team of designers as well”: the same space now serves two distinct flows, the commercial one and the creative one.

  1. The platform in Cromo’s visual identity

    We chose Kamzan mainly for the possibility of customising the whole platform, sharing included, in line with Cromo’s visual identity, since the graphic and visual side is of great importance in our sector.

    Logo, colours and sharing pages with Cromo’s brand: whoever receives a catalogue sees Cromo, not the tool behind it.

  2. Public links with password and expiry

    One of the features I appreciate most in Kamzan is the possibility of setting passwords and expiry dates when sharing via public link. We have received many compliments from our clients on the look of every share.

    A catalogue for a prospect, a folder of images for a client: every link has its own protection and its own lifetime, and the page that opens is Cromo’s.

  3. The design team works in the comments

    The most useful feature for us remains comments, which let us communicate directly with the people involved and offer both a supervision and a collaboration viewpoint, ensuring constant updates.

    The product design workflow runs through the same platform: “This has allowed every member of the team to stay constantly up to date on the progress of each project”, with the activity log giving the overall picture.
