Delivery with read receipts, and read-only where needed
Being able to apply “upload and read-receipt notifications” to shared documents, and the new “read-only” mode (following the download block), are two of the features we appreciate most in the platform: they let us share even our know-how with peace of mind, protecting copyright.
The financial statements land in the client’s folder, the client gets a notification and the firm knows when it was opened. The firm’s circulars and opinions can be read but not downloaded.
Sharing and public links in Files -
The client’s data stays theirs — and they can see it
Having the “Data protection policy” always available in every account registered on the platform lets us make clear to our clients from the very start that their data is safe and is used exclusively within that sharing process.
No promotional emails to the firm’s clients, servers in Europe, the policy visible at every login: for a firm handling accounts and tax data this is part of the service, not a detail.

Inside the firm: permissions by user type and simultaneous work
Being able to share files and folders internally with different access privileges depending on the user type, and to work simultaneously on DOCX and XLSX documents thanks to the integrated collaborative editor, are two of the reasons we use Kamzan inside our firm.
Partners, staff and trainees see what concerns them; an Excel schedule is filled in by two people without emailing versions. “In recent months we have extended our use of the platform, starting to use external sharing via public link, which we previously did with a competing platform.”
