The opening screen with the tiles
«Dashboard» is the first entry in the left-hand menu: a screen of tiles with the things worth seeing at a glance — «Favorites», «Recent», «Your personal space», «Active shares», «Storage», «Watermark», «Expiring».
To change the tiles:
- Open «Dashboard».
- Press «Manage», at the top right of the page.
- Tick the ones you want to keep.
- Close and drag the tiles into the order you prefer, taking them by their header.
The layout is yours: it does not change your colleagues’.
The tile worth keeping always is «Expiring»: it is the only place where the documents about to expire come to you, instead of having to be looked for.
If it isn’t there
Two possibilities, both normal:
- You have not turned it on. It is off by default: you turn it on from the «Control centre» (at the bottom of the left-hand menu) → «Preferences» → «Home page». It is a personal choice, because for many people the first useful screen is the file list itself.
- Whoever administers has turned it off for the whole organisation. In that case the switch does not even appear in the Preferences.
