Looking at and searching the images

To look at the images, click «Gallery» in the left-hand menu: it shows only the folders that contain images, with a preview.

At the top of the page you choose how to move around: «All folders» or «Browse by folders», which follows the real hierarchy skipping the branches without photos.

Once inside a folder, again at the top, you choose how to look at them: «Grid» (many at once), «Spotlight» (one big with the others in a row) or «Moodboard».

Searching by what is in them

The «Search images by content…» box, at the top of the Gallery, does not look at the file name: it looks at what can be seen in the photo. Type “invoice”, “building site”, “group of people” and you get the images that contain it, even if they are called IMG_4471.jpg.

It works because images are analysed when you upload them. The analysis happens on our servers: the photos do not leave Kamzan.

Sending some to someone

To send photos by email:

1. Click the images you need — one click selects (a tick appears), two open the preview.
2. Press «Send as PDF» in the green bar that appears at the bottom with the count of chosen images.
3. Type the recipients’ addresses and send.

A PDF is built with a cover and one page per image, and an email goes out with the link to download it. The link has an expiry.

If you can’t see the entry

The Gallery appears when there are folders with images you have access to. If it is empty, it is not broken: there are no photos that concern you yet.
