Seeing your hours on a calendar
In the left-hand menu, «Time entries», then the «Calendar» tab at the top of the page. They are the same entries as the other tabs, laid out on days — useful when the question is “what did I do on Tuesday?” rather than “how many hours did I do”.
Three ways to look at them, with the three icons at the top right: «Day» (the list of entries with time and duration, and the day’s total), «Week» (seven columns with the total under each), «Month» (the grid; if a day has too many entries, the rest opens on click).
You move with the arrows next to the date; «Today» brings you back to today from wherever you are. In the Month or Week view, clicking a day opens that day.
Adding hours from here
In the Day view, the «Add» button next to the day’s total; in the Week view, the «+» at the bottom of the column. The «New entry» window opens already with that date: it is the fastest way to fill a gap you have just noticed. Clicking an existing entry instead opens «Edit entry».
Looking at other people’s hours
If you are allowed to, at the top right there is the «User» dropdown: from «My time» you switch to «All users», or pick one person. If you cannot see this dropdown, your organisation has decided that everyone sees their own time — nothing is broken.
