Finding something again

At the top right, in the title bar, there’s the «Search…» field. Press Enter, or the sliders icon next to it — «Advanced search» — and a window opens in the centre with «Search flows, collections, activations, participants, files…»: it looks at everything together, not one section at a time. It’s the quickest way to answer “where did that document end up”.

The results come divided by type — «Flows», «Collections», «Activations», «Participants», «Files» — and the same words, above the results, are the filters («All» first). A click on the result opens the template or the collection.

At the bottom, «See all results» opens the full «Search results» page, with «Filter by type».

On a phone: the search is the «Search» entry in the bottom bar.

If it finds nothing

  • «Type at least 2 characters to search.» — the search doesn’t start before that.
  • «No results» with «Try another term.» — also search by the participant’s or company’s name, not just the file name: files are renamed on upload with the StepName_BoxName scheme, so the name they had on the sender’s computer no longer exists.

The search respects your access: a manager only finds inside the collections assigned to them.
