Flow's first screen

Flow is for asking someone for documents and knowing, at any moment, what has arrived and what is missing.

There are two words to keep apart, and it’s the only thing to understand before you start:

• a flow template is the form: the list of documents you ask for, with its sections. You write it once.
• a collection is the concrete case: “Mario Rossi”, “File 2026-001”, “Supplier X”. That’s where the template gets activated and where the documents arrive.

The same template is activated on a hundred different collections.

The left-hand menu

• «Dashboard» — the numbers of the open collections: not started, in progress, to validate, expiring.
• «Flows» — the entry you’ll use most. It opens on the collections, and at the top, in the title bar, there are two tabs: «Folders» and «Templates».
• «Analytics», if the company has the extension.
• «Clients & companies» — the recipient companies and their contacts.
• «Trash».

Whoever doesn’t manage flows but validates, coordinates or uploads sees their own screen instead: «Dashboard» for coordinators and validators, «My flows» for uploaders.

Below the menu there’s «Control center»: it opens a window in the centre with settings, user management, the audit log, notifications, preferences and the form to contact support.

At the bottom of the left-hand bar are the notification bell, the link to the Hub and your avatar.

The top bar

On the left the page title, on the right the «Search…» field and the main action button — «New folder» or «New flow», depending on the tab you’re in.

On a phone: the left-hand menu disappears, at the bottom there’s a bar with «Dashboard», «Flows» and «Search»; the rest is in the three-line menu at the top left, and the bell is at the top right.

If you see nothing

«No access» with «You don’t have access to any feature of this product. Please contact your administrator.» means your user exists but has no privilege yet: ask whoever manages Flow’s users.
