Flow guide
Flow's settings
To get there you need to open «Control center», under the left-hand menu: the window opens on «Settings» — «Flow service configuration» — with the tabs at the top. There are always two, four with the extensions.
«Flow categories»
«Organise the upload flows by category». With «New category» you give a «Name» («E.g. Onboarding, Compliance…») and a «Colour»; one can be «Default». They’re for when the templates become dozens: above the template list they become tabs.
«Rejection notes»
The «Rejection note templates», the reasons you’ll reuse: “unreadable document”, “expired”, “back missing”. With «New template» you write the title («e.g. Unreadable document») and the «Reason text» once, and then it’s picked at the moment of rejection.
They’re worth looking after: they’re the only thing the participant reads to understand what to redo.
«SMS reminders»
Only appears with the Promemoria SMS extension. It shows the «State of the tenant’s central SMS configuration»: the real configuration lives in Kamzan Account, in the company’s settings; here you read whether it’s there and with which provider, or that it isn’t configured. Without it, SMS don’t go out.
«Portal»
Only appears with the Portale Partecipanti extension. The «Participant portal» switch turns it on; then «Copy portal link» and «Send link» to get it to participants, and «Overview cards» for the count boxes at the top of the portal. See the page on the portal.
If you can’t get into the settings
You need the «Gestione impostazioni» privilege: without it, the «Settings» entry isn’t in the Control centre. Ask whoever manages Flow’s users.
