Flow guide
Clients and contacts
«Clients & companies», in the left-hand menu, is the directory: the recipient companies and the people inside each. At the top there are two tabs, «Companies» and «Contacts», and on the right the button changes with them: «New client» or «New contact». In the «Contacts» tab you can «Filter by company».
It’s not a decorative list — it holds up three things:
- contacts appear when you add participants, without retyping addresses (they’re the request’s «Company contacts»);
- the collections linked to a company can be found again from its card;
- coordinators are assigned per company: that’s how each one sees only their own clients.
Adding a new participant to a request you’re asked «Add to the company?»: it’s the moment the directory fills up by itself, instead of in a dedicated session nobody ever does.
The company’s card
A click on the card opens it: the details, the logo, and underneath the company’s «Contacts» with the «Edit» pencil and the «Archive» bin on each — «Contact archived»: it disappears from the list but the collections already made still know who they belonged to.
Removing a company
On the card, at the top right, the three dots «Options» open «Edit» and «Delete». Deleting here is final, and the window says so: the company is shared with all the Kamzan products of the tenant (CRM, Klokka, Flow…), the deletion happens everywhere, and it shows you what it’s still used in («Currently referenced in:» collections, participants, projects…). To confirm you have to type the exact name. Only an administrator can do it.
If you can’t edit them
You need the «Gestione clienti e contatti» privilege; with «Visualizza clienti e contatti» alone, the directory is read-only.
