Analytics

«Analytics», in the left-hand menu, looks at the whole, not the single file: which flows work and which always bog down at the same point.

At the top are the boxes — published flows, «Activations», total participants, «Completion rate», «Average time», «Files uploaded (last 30 days)», «Submissions (last 30 days)» — and underneath the «Performance per flow» table, with each one’s rate and average time.

Narrowing down

At the top right in the title bar there’s «Filters»: a panel opens with «Period» (the last 30 days, this month, last month, or «Custom»), «Flow» and «Client» — «All flows» and «All clients» until you choose. Press «Apply».

Next to the filters, «Export CSV» downloads the numbers of the current view.

It’s for deciding what to change: a flow with a low completion rate usually doesn’t have lazy participants, it has a badly written step.

If the entry isn’t there

Two things, in this order: the Analytics extension on for the company (whoever administers Kamzan), and the «Analytics» privilege (whoever manages Flow’s users).
