Letting colleagues know you are in a meeting

At creation, in the «Information» step, under the «Add to calendar» box there is a second box with a switch: «Mark me as busy on the company calendar». Switching it on, your busy slot appears on the company’s shared calendar.

⚠️ Only this appears, and the notice under the switch says it in full: your name, the time slot and the wording “Riunione” — never the title, the link or the participants.

It is meant for the question “can I call them now?”, not to let others know who you are talking to. It is the same checkbox you find in Kalendo on an event: the calendar is one and the same.

It is seen only by the colleagues who have access to that calendar, which lives in Kalendo and is shared by whoever administers it.

If you cannot find the box

It is a privilege of the user type («Calendario aziendale condiviso»), and the company must have Kalendo with the company calendar created. Whoever already switched the mark on but no longer has the privilege can only switch it off, not back on. Ask whoever manages kMeeting users.
