Sharing a recording, and the transcript
On the «Recordings» page, on the row: «Share». The «Share recording» window opens: put the «Recipients», the «Expiry», a «Message (optional)», and «Send».
⚠️ It is not a public link, and the window says so: «Recipients will receive an email with a link that requires a verification code to access the video, transcript and AI summary.» Whoever gets the email forwarded by someone else does not get in.
In the same window, under «Active shares», you see the ones in progress. Whoever receives it finds it on their own Recordings page with the «Shared by» wording and the «Open share» button.
Transcript and summary
On the recording row, the «Recording» button opens a menu: under «Play» and «Download» there is «Genera trascrizione». While it works, «Transcribing» appears on the row; if something goes wrong, «Transcription failed». When it is ready, the «Transcript» label appears next to the title and the menu entry becomes «Apri trascrizione»: the window opens with the text, who spoke, the «Download» button and at the top «Riassunto AI», which generates five lines for those who were not there (and from there it can be downloaded or sent by email). Once the summary is ready, the «Summary» label appears on the title too.
They are useful for two different things: the transcript to search for who said what, the summary for those who were not there.
If «Genera trascrizione» does not appear, it is a privilege of the user type («Trascrizione e riassunto AI»), or the organisation has not configured the service.

When the meeting was set to send the material at the end of the recording,
