Having a colleague upload the documents

Not always is the uploader outside the company. With the Caricatore Interno extension you can add a colleague as a participant: they find it under «My flows», in Flow’s left-hand menu, with no link and no codes by email.

It’s the case of the secretariat uploading on behalf of a client, or the colleague from another office collecting their part.

How it’s done

The colleague is added like any participant — in the request’s «Participants» step, or later from «Manage participants» — with their Kamzan email: the green dot «Has access to the platform» appears on the row. They need the «Caricatore interno» privilege in Flow.

What they see

Opening «My flows» they find the «Overview» tab with a card for each collection: the state — «To start», «In progress», «Completed», «To re-upload», «Expired» — the deadline, and the «Start» (or «Continue») button which opens the upload page, the same an external person would see. A click on the card expands it over the topics, with «Questions» and «Answers» if they’ve asked any.

If they find nothing

  • «You do not have access to any upload flow yet.» — the privilege is there, but they haven’t been added as a participant to any collection.
  • The entry doesn’t appear: you need the Caricatore Interno extension on for the company (ask whoever administers Kamzan) and the «Caricatore interno» privilege (whoever manages Flow’s users).
